There is now a tsunami of new shares coming that will dilute all shareholders to such an extent that they will all drown.
Bought more at .36 Held some powder.
Looking to jump back in tomorrow morning when it dips again.
Looks like they are adding 8B shares.
I like the fact that they have par values above .0001.

Are you worried about dilution and dumping?
Looks like they have a ton of convertible shares hitting soon.
Can you translate that into 3 sentences?
There is a ton of good data info in that post. Looks to me like there will be tremendous share increases. What about their knockout sales numbers and revenues? Is this increase in pps just shorts covering?
Could just jump there a/h
.57 That is the next resistance level will they just moon shoot it there then bring it back down. If so sell orders .50-.53 with a stop at .30
.05 swings all they way 3.65 is okay with me remember CDIO did it that way
Dilution city at your own risk when they start dumping

No dumping here. More accumulation.
Price begins slowly in the AM, and builds all day. You sell for a quick profit? You lose.
Legitimate moonshot capable?
I considered the .50 target price a week ago as way out of reach. Now, this is a legitimate moonshot to above $2 in the near term. Just my non-scientific forecast, based upon (1) their sales in China and (2) the fact that they need to be over $1 very soon to maintain Nasdaq compliance.
Nice run recently. Filling the gap now.
Looks like this run could continue this month.
Chinese stocks dumping finally today after an incredible week of pumping
KXIN: Don't have an answer for THAT one, Dude; WOW!
Best selling brands in China.
https://carnewschina.com/2024/07/14/best-selling-vehicle-brands-ranking-in-china-first-half-of-2024/
Nissan, GM, BMW, Tesla and Mercedes all looking great.
China in economic slowdown. Car sales are exception.
- Retail sales growth is anemic, with consumer spening and confidence very low.
- Their youth unemployment rate is almost 20%.
- They have millions of vacant apartments and their real estate prices are falling through the floor.
- Their government is running out of money.
China's car sales in 2023 set record highs, with 30.09 million vehicles sold, a 12% increase from the previous year. This was the first time China's vehicle sales exceeded 30 million units.
China's car sales in 2024 are expected to be positive, with new energy vehicles (NEVs) accounting for close to 50% of domestic sales. In the first half of 2024, new vehicle sales increased 6.1% year-on-year to 14,045,000 units.
This was $191 pps in 2021.
And in Jan., 2022, this was $19. Wonder what happened. COVID was over by 2022.
Today's volume was heavier than usual,
trading 662,674,608 shares, versus an average of 7,608,869 shares per day during the last twelve months. The On Balance Volume indicator (OBV) is bullish. The slope of the indicator is positive and suggests that buyers are presently more active than sellers.
How could this trade 662M shares when there are only 66M OS? Must be some dumping or traders going back and forth.
Momentum for KXIN is strongly bullish.
The 14-period Slow Stochastic Oscillator is rising, as investors pay higher prices for shares.
KXIN is showing strength within a bearish trend.
Its MACD is above the signal line and shares are presently 41.5% above the 200-day moving average. However, that moving average is declining, implying that caution is still warranted. Comparative Relative Strength analysis shows that this issue is outperforming the S&P 500.
KXIN: Well then, just HOW sweet WAS IT??!! (Checkout the celebrations at my, "San-Diego-Stock-Traders-&-Church-Of-Latter-Day-Atheists-Club" --- just after the Markets Close today --- behind our huge KXIN gambit!! I'm the Dude in the PINK cloak!!)

Exited today .08-.25 😤
KXIN: Reverse-Splits are the latest RAGE, Dude!!!! (Nearly as 'trending' as McDonald's disruptive, new, "$5.00-MEAL-DEAL"!!!)
KXIN: Hey, King Trip-Nik!!! A "$0.38 Special" PRICE is looming here shortly, HOMEBOY!!! (See below!!! That's my San Diego Lady Friend --- REALLY!!)
I will gladly take .32. Thanks.
Interesting company and price movement. I do not understand it but glad I held this and didn't jump ship.
I assume pps will sink after RS.
I guess the sharerholders must have approved the RS. Wouldn't it be nice if the price soars to $4 and we do not need an RS?
Kaixin Granted Temporary Exception to Comply With Nasdaq's Bid Price Rule
08:04:16 AM ET, 09/13/2024 - MT Newswires
08:04 AM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kaixin (KXIN) said Friday it received a letter from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, granting the company a temporary exception to comply with Nasdaq's bid price rule by Dec. 13.
To achieve compliance, Kaixin will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 1 to seek shareholder approval for a reverse stock split, which it plans to implement by Nov. 30.
The company must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days before the December deadline.
Bounce off .2485 to .32 I’ll bet
Needed this one. Wish I bought
100K shares, instead of just 10K shares. I may continue to add on he way up here.
KXIN: Hey, very KIND words, Bro. (But it's a lot EASIER for not-so-brilliant-folks, like me, to simply following YOUR daily iHub posts!!!)
That's ME, the Boy, answering my Girlfriend's question: "Nope, it ain't stupid, Sweetheart, when ya follow TN's stock-picking POSTS every day!! And how-the-heck do ya think I've been able to buy YOU lunch all the time in the school's cafeteria, Honey-Pooh??!!"
Your the same just see yourself that way and so will others
KXIN: Of course you are, Lord T-N!!! (Did you think you WEREN'T for a minute or two, there???)
.28 see there the king of wands is right
KXIN: Indeed!!! (We need a minimum of $0.50 here today, Bro!!! Are you sure the markets in Beijing are CLOSED for a week over there???!!!))
KXIN: Boy, I'll-tell-ya, Dude --- I HOPE that you are CORRECT with all of that prognosticationization!!!! (And my bank account needs all of that TODAY, Sir!!!!)
