I sent the same message to the yahoo-address (wang_ka...) and to the official address. Accordingly their email-website is working again.

Does anybody know which attorney they have hired? If the answer is "Yes", had anybody contact with him? Thanks.

Thank you for succinctly restating the premise that concious review of previous posts clearly reveals. There are two testamonies that there are facilities in China, there is a doubt as to the authenticity of the company. But I restate, it has yet to be discovered if the alleged stores have any relationship to the stock "KWGI" If the truth is revealed and the stock resumes trading, many of us will be jumping in with our gambling money or we will make a hasty exit to find a better game. Civil dialogue directed toward either outcome is appreciated.

When I researched this little gamble stock I talked to the lawyer that sold the shell to Ka-Wang, He claimed that the people that bought the shell were from Ka-Wang as far as he knew... typical uncommittal lawyer speak.

So one of two things happened

1. A bunch of rich Chinese kids tryed to pull the oldest pinkie scam in the world, starting a publicly trading company that they were not associated with

2. A Chinese clothing company named Ka-Wang bought an American shell and have no clue as to regulations and the roadmap to going public.

So it is either a complete scam and the SEC shut it down for that reason, or they have found an investment banker who is going to bring this stock back to life properly.

This is and always has been a foreign, pinkie, no contact, wannabe .... Personally I think they are for real just bumbling idiots as far as American markets are concerned.

SSTNOW because you have made it a point to single me out. I felt I should respond to your accusations. I'm not here to research the stock for anyone. You need to make sure you do your due diligence. I didn't purchase shares based off of PR's issued by the company. If you made the decision to purchase the stock based off of unverified PR's then you need to reap what you sow.

I know where I'm getting my information and I trust my sources. My sources aren't PR's and message boards. I've have never pumped this stock. I'm the one who stated the financials were not going to be released by the end of the year. I'm the one who said that Ka Wang's management was inexperienced in the US public marketplace. I said have some patience. This is no get rich quick stock. And I have been to one of the stores if you want the address get it yourself.

But I'll tell you what since you seem so upset about your uneducated investment. I'll buy your shares in Ka Wang for 15 cents a share. You transfer your Ka Wang stock certificate in my name and send it COD and I'll pay you in cashiers check. It gets you out of the stock and you can recuperate some money since its a sure shot sign of a scam.

nothing,,,, can get as negative as you want - one good filing changes everything. No filing - will likely never reopen for trading, so doesn't matter. still believe a fair chance they file, this reopens, and even makes a run. also fair chance it doesn't - that's about all anybody can say at this point IMO.

the demeaning of stockholders who hold out hope makes some sound like rookies who got burned for the first time - yeah, it hurts - been there a few times over the years (owww, painful memories)--- don't let it keep you from taking risks on some of these, but always wise to wait for filings. just IMO - get over it and learn from it.

Here's the good news

It cant get any worse than this.Trading has been suspended and if and when this resumes trading it will end up being sub penny status in a hurry.

The bad news is that its very very unlikely that it will ever trade again simply because as LG stated that this company is dubious at best.

There of course is a price to pay when we invest in 'phony' companies without doing ample DDbut what gets me is these nuts pumping a company with facts such as visiting stores in China et al without anything to back up their BS.
They're still looking for gullible investors to dupe them of their dough.

I'm not as angry as sstnow....

...but I have to agree with him. The company is dubious at best. I know a broker in Hong Kong and I wish I had called him before buying the stock. So far he hasn't been able to produce any information on this company. Not a name or address or any evidence of its existence. Either it's not traded in its home country or it is a scam.

"Jagger" itself may be real, I don't know, but I can't find much info on them either, especially whether Ka Wang is in anyway affiliated with them. The only thing I found was online and it said "Jagger" jeans are sold at Saks Fifth for $200-$300 a pair. The Saks Fifth in my neighborhood doesn't sell them though.

I get the feeling that most everyone on this forum (or any forum related to penny stocks) are grasping hard on to their tickets at the race track. We want to be optimistic. We have a horse in the race. But if it turns out to be a donkey, then we have to accept the reality of the situation.

I'm going to China on an unrelated business sometime soon, maybe the end of summer. I'll scour around myself. I'll let you guys know if I find anything.

Waiting can try the patience and compell one towards hyperbole in hopeful pumping or cynical bashing. So far the comments here have been thoughtful, civil and succinct. Try as I might I can't find an address for Ihub but I won't suggest that it is therefore a scam.

On the other hand I found a lot of reasons to believe, that this company is real. A model named Michal Bolton for example, who writes in his curriculum, that he has worked for Jagger in 1996. Or search the term "ka wang company" via google and you can find some interesting conclusions.

But now it's time to give a statement. Patience is running out.
