I am differentiating between non-SEC reporting
Pink Current and SEC-reporting Pink Current.

I thought that the SEC required more than just
1 Annual and 1 Quarterly Report to be filed
to be SEC Current?

KATX stopped filing financial reports with the
OTC Markets in 2016 and so is in arrears with
its OTC Markets’ financial reports.

I guess with KATX switching over to filing
Its financials with the SEC for the first time
only current financial reports are required.

At peak AVVH touched 10 cents till people realized it was a startup holdco created by a big company merging in. Today the market cap is at 3 million.
