same here. the trading was so much stronger today and will get even busier as the week progresses. i think news could come at any moment. would hate to be on the sidelines when that happens. :)
It hasn't moved much, but at least we have SOME volume today. AND I feel much better about waiting when the bid and ask are at .15 x .16 instead of .10 x .16.
lol... no kidding. i can feel the pressure building here... :)
tick... tick... tick... tick.... ;)
Same info I received from ray too.I am expecting some good things from the company at anytime myself..:)
there's an excellent chance we'll see some this week, imo. i have spoken to ray about it. he couldn't be specific, obviously, but the vibe i get is that there's a lot happening and we'll be hearing about it soon.
So, where is the news posters have been hinting at? Was it suppose to happen last week? Did anyone speak to the company, or is it speculation. Just checking if the company did say news was coming.
Ok, ok fine. :) I am just going to be out of town most of next week, but it should be a problem. I have two co-workers who are in this as well, and I'll leave them my phone number. :)
i think creede's right. that was probably a mm doing that. now .15 x .16... i think whoever grabs those .16s will probably uptick us to the .20s... ;)
wish i was the lucky one that got 10k at .10 this morning.......
.15 x .16... and good volume... looks like we're ready to rally here...
pink elephant, hmm.... email alerts... to be honest, i've never used that feature, and i don't know any moderator on ihub who does use it. we're all in fairly close contact, and when a PR hits it will be pretty obvious... you'll see your account value rising... lol :)
Brikk, I just put my email on the email list for this board. Can you maybe use that list to let us know if something significant happens with IVAY, like a PR or anything else of interest. I think this is going to move someday, but I don't watch it constantly. I would hate to miss something.
Thanks.
good morning, stevo..! :)
yep! weekends been great... ty! looking forword on seeing IVAY going on a roll soon... imo..........
i sure did. i'll bet you did, too. :) this is the week for IVAY, imo... rally time.
good stuff... :)
hope you enjoyed your weekend... lol
~ The start of news flow coupled with a new I.R. coming aboard confirms that we are resting on the ground floor and the comiong weeks/months should be alot of fun----> $$$$ ~
SP
ROFL...I hear ya on that brothern
while they wouldn't divulge who the IR firm is yet, they did tell me they are NOT 'big apple consulting'. now all of us can breathe a big sigh of relief. lol
Brikk...I tried calling the company last week after you told me a little about it....and you are right new IR people gonna be in place soon...got it on watch...thanks
Exactly my thoughts too..em
next week i think we'll see our first PR, probably a road map to the entire business model, then specifics after that. the new IR firm should be introduced any day now, as well. :)
Love this paragraph:James J. Miller, President of Investigative Services Agencies, Inc., said, "We will be immediately increasing our staff and opening satellite offices in several cities to accommodate the needs of this important contract opportunity. While our initial call up responsibilities will require 50 special agents with security clearances, we anticipate hiring more than 400 new employees and a multimillion-dollar increase in revenues over the term of this contract."
Plus add Intrepid, and the Atlantis group,Plus who knows what else Miller has up his sleeve.Still JMHO.will be a multi dollar stock before to long..These prices are such a gift.when this will explode with releases at anytime..:)

IVAY wasn't created from a patched together reverse merger with skeletons in the closet or a developmental stage "I want a ticker symbol to fleece the investors" go public quickly rush job built on cooked books and the aspirations of a failed dreamer. Miller, the president, has lived and breathed investigating, anti-terrorism and law enforcement for the better part of two decades. He has proved himself a leader in these fields through hard work, making the right connections and some good luck including solving some very high profile cases over the years. I feel if any of these pinksheets companies can truly be successful the cornerstone has to be management that is honest, ethical and driven. The creation of IVAY in 1998 allowed Miller to realize his vision. After investing his own capital and a private placement seed financing round did he go public several years later when the need to raise additional capital to expand his business based on furthered initiatives and to have the ability to capture big contracts became apparent. IVAY's golden egg has hatched. Which of course is when USIS, the largest investigative services company on the North American continent, subcontracted IVAY for the current government contract they've received. This will also open up the flood gates for additional work for the future, like they need it right now ;),insuring long term growth. They're playing with the big boys now. Brikk has done a very good job establishing the financial rational on the true PPS based upon relatively a low estimate of the net value of the current contract. When IVAY releases audited corporate financials reflecting the dramatically increased revenues IVAY has an excellent opportunity to move up to the OTCBB or higher.
my first instinct was to call out a target pps for christmas. but i'd rather hold off and hear a few guesses from the board once the first PR hits - i'm thinking nearly a year from now it could be worth dollars, not dimes.
~ The Co. is on the right track to provide quite a nice EPS brikk.........IVAY could be the big sleeper stock for 07'
(Down the road when this is .75+)
People will be saying......Man,I could have gotten that under .20 ~
LOL,
SP
take a look at USIS, too. this is quite a solid partner for ISA to have, imo:

for calculating a valuation, the tiny 40M O/S is what i find most compelling. the 4M float, on the other hand, is always a mixed bag - in this, or any other low floater.
when the volume is low it makes it possible for the mm to manipulate the pps more... but when buying pressure does hit, and when news is good, this will take off like a rocket, imo, and we'll all be glad we put up with the lack of liquidity and the shallow depth on the bid.
patience will be rewarded. and with news likely due at any moment, we may not even need to be that patient......... ;)
Looks good brikk. You weren't kidding about the tiny float.
IVAY: **updated** DD for newcomers... some potential numbers >>>
a/s 100M, o/s 40M, float is 4M.

"Based on the contract IVAY has received, IVAY anticipates that the contract will result in IVAY ultimately hiring 500 agents for multi-year services to the contractor and that ultimate revenues to IVAY will be in the multi-millions of dollars."
let's run some numbers based on 100 agents, because it makes the math pretty easy. keep in mind they have top security clearances. i'm going to assume for these calcs that they can gross $100k/year (this is what IVAY could charge USIS for their services, NOT what IVAY will pay each agent) and that IVAY's margins are 20% (this is incredibly conservative, based on discussions i've had with management).
100 agents X $100k/agent = $10M gross X .20 = 2M net profit
$2M/40M o/s = .05/share net earnings X 20 multiple = $1/share
note this is just 20% of the total agents they plan to hire, ultimately. and this is just one piece of the IVAY puzzle.*
20% margins too low? then how about 40% (still reasonable, imo) = $2/share
and how about that multiple? will investors pay for 80% more growth once the 500 agent goal is reached? i'd imagine so. let's say they give IVAY a 30 p/e, which seems reasonable for a cash cow like this in its early development.
that's .05 X 30, or $1.50/share, partial USIS contract only, with 20% margins, or .10 x 30 = $3.00/share at 40% margins.
these are just guesses on my part, but they demonstrate what's possible with the share structure and the business model (very high margins!) that IVAY has, and *we're not even including what the intrepid defense/lifevision3d acquisition may add to the bottom line, or what their current core business is generating, or what will be added to the bottom line as they acquire more detective agencies across the country.
cost is the main reason for most businesses to go public on the pinks instead of the OTCBB. since ISA is a relatively new public company, and at an early point in their growth, it probably has made sense to be a non-filer up until this point.
i have heard from a company contact and the CEO that they recently completed an audit, and i've heard from a few sources here that management has stated an interest in uplisting. this could certainly become part of the developing story here.
brikk,Hi just starting to take a look at IVAY,any reason for being on the pinks? Yhanks
During my brief discussions with IVAY management and a few of the contracted IR/PR firms associated with IVAY the feeling I recieve is on of a prudent, cautious and pragmatic approach. This is what I like about IVAY and why I'm long. The unsolicted spam sent out in Oct. pissed off IVAY something fierce. The awarded contract is quite large and is requiring a huge amount of work for IVAY internally to scale up for the rapid addition of 400 plus agents. This is being accomplished currently. Miller and company like to desiminate concrete factual information. I'm personaly flummoxed by the current trading activity. I imagine IVAY is confused also.
nice to hear...... ty!
did you and the CEO speak about anything else you can share with us? tia.
I've heard the same thing from Miller. They're very much on track. Big news coming near term.
