OT: additionally IVFH has made their note payments avoiding issuing shares. They are cash flow positive ready to explode to the next level. Its a steal at 0.04 people will chase at .20 soon imo. I may get hammered for posting this but these are the facts and some will be glad they looked into IVFH

OT: Had to share this post from the IVFH board
compare ivfh to ifdg. Both are food related companys. ifdg has double the os and needs to raise money through equity financing just to continue with their base plan of operations lost 700k over the last few months too. had zero net sales for the last Q and they trade higher than IVFH. additionally IVFH now has a food manufacturing company expected revs of 12m and break even as we stand with bigger deals in the fire such as with Disney
thats just nuts. All the ifdg shareholders should move their money to IVFH. Its a no brainer

I am holding a large position on IFDG, but every time IFDG is moving on a nice volume insider is selling.
If- until Monday they will not release there Q I will sell my 300000 shares ,Profit or loss
I hope the management is not playing with there investors, they will be punished hard if they do so, all those 12 mil ` shares that people still holding from the famous Monday (19mil volume) will be dump faster then you think.

The opening should be interesting this morning. From the pre-market Level II's, there's a pretty big gap between the bid and ask, but more interesting is on the ask side. NITE is at .041 but the after that, all the rest are above .05. I hope there's some buyers to move this up today.

looked very similar to this pallet.

I admit, I sold a big chunk of this at .06 and am in GZFX right now, but I'm freeing up some cash because I think this is basement pricing...

Hi all.. went to sams in Tulsa today and on the endcap was a nice big pallet of IFDG coffee, wholebean columbian. Bought one for around $10. I'll let you know how it is. :) May have to start adding more to this.. Love to see the rev's pop and this finally start moving. Good luck!!

Back on June 22nd, I profiled IFDG when it was under .03. It quickly ran all the way up to .11. IFDG is looking very attractive again. IFDG is a small coffee company shipping to Sam's Club one of the biggest club stores in the world.

Hototc: I notice that your new product lines are being marketed in the Club Stores primarily. Why is that?
IFDG: We incurs less slotting overhead and our in store competition is much less, if we get into the Club stores.
Hototc: How much less competition?
IFDG: We have only 2-3 competitors compared to dozens of competitors.
Hototc: How long before significant earnings are expected?
IFDG: We are at the beginning of that now and positioned to make very significant earnings in the next 12 months.
Hototc: How much profit will occur if that happens?
IFDG: We are not certain but let me say that our profit could exceed our current stock price.
Hototc: What other programs are you engaged in to generate cash flow besides coffee?
IFDG: We have blueberries and other organic fruits and vegetables. Perhaps we will divest from out snack foods next year.
Hototc: Why divest from the snack foods? Weren’t the products good?
IFDG: The snack food business is very good but very expensive to promote and to ship. A few ! other companies can take our proven products and make them into a significant branded item, like the patented items already in the market doing half to a billion in revenue.
Hototc: What will you get from a divestiture?
IFDG: Perhaps $5-10 million cash since our products have been well tested and two are with patents.
Hototc: Are you going to stay with the company as President?
IFDG: No, but I will be very much involved. We have interviewed several very capable individuals who can take the company to! the next level and higher. That will take place after the first of the year.
Hototc: What makes IFPG unique?
IFDG: We are a virtual company. That is, we have control of many operations but we do not have the overhead of those operations unless we have sales. We can expand almost without limit and with the same basic overhead we have now.

LoL, I agree.. I'm about even from where I started. (up I guess because I did sell some earlier in the year on the pop to .11)
I'm with you.. not running, nor planning to add right now. I'm in with about 125k right now and comfortable with that should they happen to give that golden announcement that they are finally shipping to Sams etc.
The 10Q did mention that they are shipping to a "major" club.. either Sams or Costco of course.
I'm a tad disappointed that there is nothing from the company to at least answer this or guidance. Annoying if you ask me. I've been in since about March.

Thier float isnt awfully bad and they dont seem to be diluting, nor can they a whole lot with the outstanding share differnce. (which is kind of reassuring).

Something that was a bit intriguing was the mention of the potato chips planned for distribution, that's been a quiet point from them for a long time. I figured it'd take a little while to get the Dates working, and I'm glad to see blueberries in the distribution stage. If' and when they get it together, I'd think this will really pop.. Im just going to accumulate on dips and stand pat for now.

I looked through the 10Q. I had expected better performance. They've had PR's about deals, why were none of those reflect with some revenue? I didn't see any revenue. Just out of curiousity, they say that shipments of coffee and blueberries are suppose to be in 2nd quarter of 06 business cycle, Is that 1Q of 06 calendar year? In summary, I didn't see anything that would give me consideratioin of adding to my position. Nor am I running for the hills either. This was a penny gamble for me which is not the smartest investing to begin with, but that's why they call it gambling.

I was rather amused to see the SEC filing on exactly the same day as last year. On one hand, shows they didnt forget it, on the otherhand I look at it, they are either waiting for additional rev's to report, or something that's not known... My hopes are that they are waiting for $$ from Costco on the orders that are or were supposedly shipped in Sept. Like to hear something more on that, AND now that Sams no longer carries the instutional pack, what the plan is for the product. Last time I spoke to them they said they were 'getting a chance to work with them' aka put another line of coffee's into sams since the inst packs didnt do what sam's wanted them to. (apparently it was sams that asked for them from IFDG, which is a nice position for IFDG..IMO).

Good luck, Seems there are a few of us that are enjoying the dips as of late and I really think it'll payoff handsomely in the next 12 months.. I'm just as excited about the frozen foods as I am the coffee and snack lines. I'm GLAD that they have the other products.

Longs - the interview was pretty good. The CEO explained our products quite well. He also indicated another 130 store order is in the horizon and then every store nation wide. He also indicated 15-20 mil from the coffee annually.

They gave out the current stock price of .08-.09 and the stock symbol. Hopefully, we will have more long term buyers on Monday.
