Manipulation imo....and I wouldn't expect whomever is behind it to telegraph whether they're buying/selling/shorting/covering.

Who knows??? I don't see any "value", just a typical OTC stock imo with potential to be pumped.

Ledrog long time no see. Well R/S are not always bad I have seen a few turn out good GLKC for one and KWNS now TMXO for another. I bailed from KWNS pre R/S took a loss, but if I had held I could have got my money back 4X what i put in. Now as for IDVL if they are still talking letting the Pink co R/M into them then the shares may do quite well. I will keep mine and see it thru. I still cannot post on your other board. And I cannot create another ID. Also the moderator has not helped me.

IDVL is one of those stocks that seems to make decent + moves on big volume, but for no discernable reason. Why a stock with a RS cloud over it's head would move up...hard to say, but that's the otc for ya. People who buy in on the volume/price spikes often regret it later.

I have only seen one R/S for micro caps that worked out for the shareholders KWNS not sure what it is now. But I sold fearing the R/S and could not get out fast enough and took a loss. But if I had kept my shares I would have made 4 times my money!!!

8-K was filed yesterday! There is no doubt in my mind they will split, however, on the bright side it may work out from this price! Look at GMCI/GMOC, they went up over 200% after their 1:1000 split (.0002x.0003)!!! eom

The market cap here isn't even 1 million. WTAF has a market cap of over $45,000,000 (assuming a PPS of $1.00) and their Interim Financial Report for the 3 month period ending March 31, 2005 shows zero revenue.

WTAF looks to me like they're trying to attract investors...IDVL isn't even answering the phone (reminds me of CYOS around this time last year when it was under .002). With the volume IDVL has been trading of late it wouldn't suprise me if there's something of a liquidity crunch. How many times can the entire float here keep turning over on no news?

led, in the whole scheme of things, it does not matter too much to me since the shares I am holding of IDVL are free from the earlier runs. In hindsight, I should have sold them all in the .002's and could have bought back at the lower levels, but at the time, it was looking like IDVL may be on the verge of a monster run, so I sold most for a very nice profit and held some just in case.

Personally, I still do not see a reason for a r/s, so my assumption is the guy was just trying to scare up some shares. Heck, these days, you usually need to sll at least a couple billion into the market prior to doing the r/s and at last count, we were not even past 500,000,000.

RDG...It doesn't add up

I just put it down to creative bashing right now, and I think it probably worked to some degree. Nervous holders hearing a rumor of a RS...some imo would likely bail, providing supply for those who are bullish and buying.

Remember, we're dealing with a company that has not put out a PR in nearly 6 months. And their IR is basically non existent. Despite those facts IDVL is very actively traded, with volumes hitting 100 million + several times over the past 6 months. When a company is among the top 10 most actively traded stocks on the OTC repeatedly...they attract attention whether they're trying to or not.

We're back above the 50 and 20 dmas, and the 200 dma, (it's not on this chart but you can draw your own) is headed on a Bee Line for the 50, or a golden cross. OBV shows accumulation from May forward in spite of no news, and stokes are nice and bullish with the fast crossing over the slow down in oversold territory (20). I have to temper my enthusiasm though, this is still an OTC stock and charts aren't as reliable as I'd like.

Thanks led! So it realy appears to be coming from one person. I for one would be hard pressed to believe any parties from these companies would be letting out this ype of information selectively early. Of course, should the r/s happen, serious questions will need to be asked.
