Im guessing the trade fee is more than the amount of money you will recieve if you just sell your shares. If thats the case, You can give the shares to your broker with a worthless securities form.

I would agree but since nothing in court docs, FL SOS, or
Pinksheets I would assume they didn't. Especially considering
the importance of remaining on the OTC.

Being Grey is a HUGE issue to correct.

My record in waiting on a Grey is 3.5 years, ECCI , I had 25.000.000 of them
and suddenly Greys where pumped (lol) and got out at 0.0002.
The company was long gone, CEO died too but still I got it all back

OTC is fun lmao
