Yes, ypu are correct, we already have OTCIQ access. That's how they changed the officers, address, phone number and accounting firm on OTC.

They weren't accepting the Financials with a different name than what's on Nevada Silverflume.

Let’s put this :
To change old name article amendment sent on 4.19.24 which was Friday so File consider and reflect on Monday 4.22.24
So otc knew now on 4.22.24 company changed their old name to consider fillings.
If Counsel sent documents to otc 4.19 or 4.22 then otc review days are 3 to 5 days period. So with 4.19 date tomorrow Thursday 4.25 will be the latest day to upload and With 4.22 it will be 4.26 Friday last day to file.
It can happen anytime now and I was expecting today. We are in the range of 3 to 5 days.
MMS is standing at $0.33 now

The point is that as of this year OTC.markets insist that companies use the OTC.IQ site to access/update their records...that is new this year....and by example it seems that the company has already used that channel so it would seem there should be no delay filing Fins once they are ready to be filed
