PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovative Clinical Solutions, LTD (ICSN- Other OTC) today announced that the Board has approved a plan of liquidation which it anticipates implementing following receipt of distributions with respect to its claim against the Chapter 7 estate of Abraham D. Hmmm----I'm first one in 4 months to post here.
ICSN had some buying going 2 days ago or so. I got some at 0.03. Since then level II improved on no trades. Now is 1 at 4 on ask and NITE went from 0.03 to 0.035. All I know is that I love mystery and this one has it. Also the cash news could weight on the scale. Can't wait to see more action
