Sweet! Biotech entrepreneur Arie Belldegrun launches new ‘science-first’ credit firm "Symbiotic Capital".
Symbiotic raised already $600 million, and will deliver credit solutions to companies across biotech, medtech, synthetic biology and other healthcare sectors, without the equity demands that would otherwise be required.
When it comes to drug companies, the firm will primarily focus on companies that have candidates in Phase 2 or Phase 3 clinical trials or commercial products.
They took the cash and left the cannolis. Poor bastards.
These type thoughts are what led you to the poor house.
News??? Naaaa. Who would issue it?
Pressed rat and warthog have closed down their shop.
They didn't want to; 'twas all they had got.
Selling atonal apples, amplified heat,
And pressed rat's collection of doglegs and feet.
Sadly, they left, telling no one goodbye.
Pressed rat wore red jodhpurs, warthog a striped tie.
Between them, they carried a three-legged sack,
Went straight round the corner and never came back.
Another classy contribution. I hope you get a raise soon, what they are paying you to post is not enough.
Is your bag also worthless as you were a HUGE investor here.....do you remember this post:

I'm loading heavy on the way down. I hope it keeps dropping to a buck lol. It's a great time to be a shareholder! Couldn't be more happy with the way everything is progressing. Life is GREAT! Go CTIX!
Your bag is worthless buttercup.
Based on this news ... "Afinum announces the formation of the MedTech Laser Group via acquisition of A.R.C. Laser and neoLaserLtd.,Gil Shapira, to jointly invest in the formation of an integrated champion for medical laser technologies. As part of the transaction, Afinum acquires a significant majority stake while the founders re-invest in the newly formed entity." And so -- when BeaMed gets approval for their StingRay Laser system, they will be integrated into the MedTech Laser Group as they would be a perfect fit. The stars seem to be aligned!
Gil has something cooking alongside Bea-Med

Thanks to frenchbroad and sit tight . Always informative.
Blind and ignorant hope. Too sad. The cult of the fraud.
Thank you, SitTight, great response.
As always, thank you fb for your respected opinion and contribution. Is there any particular reason you believe the Beamed system will be approved his month?
Thanks again.
How do we even know if the 510 has been submitted, since Leo has not communicated in months?
The BeaMed 501(k) approval should be expected by the end of the year, not the end of this month or even September.
Your thought process is probably:
- On Track File 510(k) Submission to FDA in Q2 2024
- 90 days review
=> approval end Sept 24
But please read this insightful article: https://www.hardianhealth.com/insights/how-long-does-an-fda-510k-actually-take#:~:text=By%2090%20days%20(allowing%20for,510(k)%20decision%20letter
Just waiting for the garbage truck to arrive to take Ehrlich and his trash to its final resting place.
Reminder to all bagholders -
IPIX is dead, in debt, and doesn’t own B.
From a Sunday post on the 'other board':
"From the Safety Data Sheet posted earlier
So what does it really cost to use Bril ?
Dosing uses 65ml per Kg in females and 75ml per Kg for males as a general guide line.
Taking 8ug/ml in upper dosing in their example and using a 100kg male 75ml * 100Kg = 7500ml
7500ml * 8ug = .06 or 60mg
This is intended as general reference for understanding the amount usedand it's attendant cost. I used the SDS article and is not intended in any shape form or format to be used as a clinical reference.
I am after a general reference of the cost per patient per dose.
Using 60 mg for a 100kg male and the cost per 10 mg of Brilacidin is $980 US therefore 6 X $980 =$5880 dollars. Obviously, if you wanted to sponsor a test and needed kg of the material the cost would come down dramatically around 99%.
If you had a disease or knew of a person that had a disease that there was no cure for most of us would throw $10,000 on the table in a heartbeat to help a fellow human being.
I just wanted to know what the bottom line cost was as I had never calculated it.
In many lab test with test cells containing a viral growth medium they were using concentrations on the order of 50~100ug / ml.
Where Brilacidin excels is it's ability as a defensin protein as it will strip the outer membrane in bacteria and Alpha viruses, thus leaving bacteria or viruses extremely vulnerable to the immune system and in many cases leaving the pathogen unable to obtain entry to the host cell. Believe it or not many of the foods we eat everyday will dock to the main protease in most viruses. Once the outer protective layer is removed from viruses and bacteria common foods we eat everyday contain organic molecules that will dock to the main protease in the virus, thus inhibiting the virus.
The immune system will easily disassemble the virus or bacteria at this point and create antibodies.
Cheers"
Hope springs eternal!

realscottsmith No "he should sleep with the fishes."
0.0001 No lasers. No Brilacidin. No company. Leo took your investment.
In the jungle, the mighty jungle, Leo the Lion sleeps tonight.
Looks like the fat lady singing what a loser
Use his own funds! LOL. Now that’s some funny shit.
I agree! It’s the least he could do for investors. Yes he can walk away, with all his earnings, and nothing to show for it. He could also risk that lease pay and keep everyone in the game including himself for the chance at a future for Brilacidin and or the laser.
Leo should pay the lease with his own funds!!!!!
Could Leo just pay the delinquent lease, and avoid bankruptcy. If he goes down the bankruptcy path, liquidates everything, the remaining cash(if there is any)would go towards the lease. What’s left is taken away from the BeaMed holdings. Is it enough to retain any holding of the company? How does one put a value on BeaMed ?
Speaking of buddies… most of those here still defending him are on the inside. The others are just too stupid to realize their investment is gone. French fraud and reality for example….
Leo and his buddies conned 5 million big ones from share holders. "As Kevin Bacon stated in "ANIMAL HOUSE" Thank you SIR may I have another (swat on the ass with a paddle)
Where the elf is the stinking laser! Now this smells as well just like everything else with this company! Dam
Do you have a thing for Expert Market stocks? I know you're drawn to losers:
IL_S 2/15/22 "snap them nuggets up, money growing on trees here."
price at the time was $.145.
price at your last post 2 years later was $.0063.
Then you did a Leo (slipped away under cover of darkness).
THAT has been your reality more than once. It's happening here and there's no reason to think you won't get back to it. Any more recommendations? Maybe something over a dime (so it can be shorted profitably) like that last example?
Do you really think that this CEO has a plan that included getting onto the Expert Market?
Ramping up your agenda eh? Going into attack mode, role reversal.
Hey but you got a buddy on 2.0! You're welcome!!
LOL. If the science is so amazing, this pile of junk would not be lost in the wasteland even with an idiot like Ehrlich at the helm.
Is that you climbing out from under those 9,000 shares today? What're you gonna do with the 10 bucks?
IPIX doesn’t own Brilacidin French Fraud. IPIX is dead.
Does that make you a broke bitch??? You were indeed a huge investor by the looks of your old posts!!!!!!
They use time and energy to read and write on Ipix because it is a interesting company with a drug product that continues demonstration of excellent science and may have excellent value.
https://scholar.google.com/scholar?as_sdt=40007&q=brilacidin&hl=en
https://worldwide.espacenet.com/patent/search?q=brilacidin
And you are here why?
Nonsense. The outcome was defined by the data and the tests were designed by IPIX with the concurrence of the FDA. These are things we KNOW, not fantasies created to excuse the inexcusable.
The Fat Lady sang that day and the Company paid for it for the next 3 years at which point she sang again. That's when Leo decided not to file a 10K and you got a taste of the Expert Market. Did BP steal his pencil?
Wake up.
The outcome was controlled by BP, not Leo.
Did I? I sure don't think so. Hard to get spanked by someone who doesn't know the difference between a 10K filing and an OTCMarkets Annual Report.
You Expert Market wizards have a lot in common.
All entries onto the Expert Market are self-inflicted.
Did you get spanked? :( Sucker
You all have one hour to get 2.0 cheaper than Ipix right now. Tomorrow it's a Self inflicted Expert Market.
That was discussed in December when it happened.
You were part of the thread: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173463316
It's for BeaMed Laser Surgery Fibers, not the the StingRay Laser System.
Surgical instrument 510(k) was filed with a Decision Date 12/06/2023
https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfpmn/pmn.cfm?ID=K232769
It was Leo's design, wasn't it?

Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IPIX)
$IPIX NEWS - http://ipharminc.com/press-release
SEC Filings https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Innovation+Pharmaceutical&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
From the most recent 10-K:
There are doubts about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We have generated revenue of $0 and $18,000 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively and have an accumulated deficit of $125.3 million through June 30, 2023. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We need to raise substantial additional capital in the future to fund our operations and we may be unable to raise such funds when needed and on acceptable terms, which could prevent us from fully implementing our business, operating and development plans.
We currently have an approximate $1.0 million cash balance as of the date of this filing, but that is insufficient to complete the development and commercialization of any of our proposed products. We expect to incur costs of approximately $1.8 million in the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 to operate our business in accordance with our business plans and budgets.
We have limited experience in drug and formulation development, the conduct of clinical trials, and may not be able to successfully develop any drugs.
Development of pharmaceutical products is a risky and time-consuming process subject to a number of factors, many of which are outside of our control. We are subject to regulatory authority permissions and approvals, most importantly the FDA. Our drug candidate(s)/indications are at early and mid-stages of development. Consequently, we can provide no assurance of the successful and timely development of new drugs, and the failure to do so could cause us to cease operations.
We may elect to deregister our common stock under the Exchange Act and suspend our reporting obligations. Such deregistration and suspension would result in less disclosure about us and may negatively affect the liquidity and trading prices of our common stock.
