I read over it on Friday, and yes nothing has changed. It would sure be nice to know if they’ve had any discussions with possible suitors?? Can’t believe someone hasn’t jumped on this already. Also, I’m real curious on how hard they’re trying to get noticed. Can’t be too many better opportunities with the low share count.

Agree..spread remains wide and it appears there's always a little whacker in the works. The SS is super low with this one. If anything pretty decent comes through, this will be a big one imo:

I sure don’t understand why some days no volume, and then on days there is volume somebody is always there to dump it right back down. I expected something to be announced by now. Either way, nobody is getting my shares until there is a crooked number to the left of the decimal! Little more patience.

Have had mine for a long time too. Would’ve thought something would be done by now. Too small of a share count to be negotiating much. We all pretty much agree no reverse split is needed. Nice to see more nibble action going on. Probably a few in the know starting positions. Give us a Christmas present already!!

I noticed from the last filing there is only 57 or so separate owners of the outstanding shares. I would hope by now most know what the plan is. Once this gets started I would also hope the selling is nonexistent to show support for the new group. I will show my support by adding once I see what kind of business it turns out to be. This thing will FLY with sustained buying pressure!

Yes, hopefully the bomb is big! Perfect setup really with the right company. Best thing is, there really is no reason to do a reverse split with the low OS count. Obviously the new company will give out shares to insiders, but could still be manageable with no split. Hoping we get some clarity by end of year. Let’s get this thing started!

One nice thing about all this is most here will have long term gains. If they bring in the right company, it's no telling where this could go imo:)

Yea we all already know it's a shell for the time being. At least until more news comes out regarding plans ahead. We have been waiting along time, just a little more patience! KCG loaned Asa much needed cash years ago, unfortunately Innovaro couldn't deliver. So KCG pretty much took over given the loan terms. Given the other filings, I think the new guy has around 6 million shares now. So that's alot of reasons to get a competent company started and help get the price up! Time to be more transparent and get this show on the road. Give people a reason to start adding and help the cause. GLTA

As far as I know, INNI has been a shell and now that it's been taken over, I'm assuming they have a plan rolling for a merger(hopefully a big one lol).

I’m not too familiar with the form 211 process but it seems to me like not many OTC’s have been able to get them done. However, INNI having KCG as a form 13 filer owning a large % of the company, I wonder if that could help grease the wheels for a return to solicited quotes once a merger is complete? GLTU
