No company is going to acquire INND. There can be an ASSET SALE which means INND will be selling the business to someone, but that is unlikely due to balance sheet and they are losing $1.4 million on $2.3 million in sales. The business model does not work.

They are better off filing bankruptcy to try to keep the business running, take it out of INND and then sell INND for a reverse merger.

Anything other than that type of a plan is meaningless and a waste of time, money and energy.

Matt and his parents have no clue what it takes to be a public company and the toxic financings that they've done over the years shows they are inept and can not be trusted with shareholder money. Not to mention they NEVER attracted a single fund manager in all the years they've been a public company.

Only way to make money on this scam.

When it went to .0001 before and stayed there for a while I was flipping it as much as I could. It was bouncing between .0001 and .0003 for months and then the share count was low enough you could actually play it pretty regularly. Every flip I would double my shares and eventually I had over 8M free shares when it ran. I did pretty good on the first run that almost hit .10 didn't do as well on the second run but this one has made me money. You can profit from scams like this if you know when to get in...and when to get out.

People that think this one is going to be a zip code changer and make them millionaires are going to be very disappointed now. Dilution has killed this one. Unless Matt does a HUGE buyback (LOL!) the next big event will be a R/S and then it's toast for good.

I've been playing this stock for a couple of years. Was lucky to hit 2 of the good runs and made some decent money off of this one. Sadly....those days are over. Dilution has, like so many penny stocks, killed any chance of those nice runs ever again. And those whales...LOL...they won't touch this wit a 10' pole. Anybody that takes even a few minutes to do some DD will find the history of this company is "iffy" at best.

I've pretty much heard it all when it comes to pumping this stock. And anybody that thinks this will recover from a R/S is either a complete noob or a starry eyed dreamer that dodges reality to keep the dream alive in their own mind.

That said....this coud run to a penny. But Matt is going to have to lay down some big bucks and hire an army of pumpers like we have seen in the past when we ran. So far, from the time I have played this one, it has NEVER ran based on the merits of the company. Only ran due to pumpers and empty promises that never came true.

Sorry pal that isn't what will happen. I've been tracking reverse splits on a Ihub monitor for almost three years. 99.9% of them go SOUTH and in a big azzz hurry. A 1 for 2000 RS like he filed for in 2020 would send the pps to 1.80 at trips 9. The first day post split could easily see half the pps vanish. Given six months to a year the pps would be right back down into low doubles or trips.

BUT....Matty boy would retain his 15B share AS and the endless DUMPING would start all over again--if he can find more penny marks to buy them. Most RS stocks go silent in trading and board posts in a year.

This ticker will be destroyed, but hey.....you want it,Matty will gladly give it to you and others.

Go look at SKYED. Did a RS on 9/8 to 4.37. Now trades at 2.40 just four trading days later. BTW...that stock is an OTC QB stock.
