Advanced fPAT Imaging Announces Clinical First for the JBI-360â„¢ Breast Imaging System
GAINESVILLE, FL--(Marketwired - June 02, 2015) - Advanced fPAT Imaging Inc. (AFPII), a new medical device company focused on early detection of breast cancer and now disease staging, announced today that its JBI-360 breast imaging system was able to track the metabolic effects of chemotherapy on a breast tumor during treatment. The JBI-360 uses an exciting new technology called 'Functional PhotoAcoustic Tomography' (fPAT) to create maps of key physiological markers within the breast. A research team led by Dr. Huabei Jiang, AFPII's Chief Science Advisor and inventor of the fPAT technique, demonstrated the JBI-360's capabilities in a pilot clinical study conducted at the University of Florida.
The JBI-360 employs a unique combination of low energy laser scanning and specially-designed high-resolution ultrasound detection technology (patent pending) to identify and quantify concentrations of both Hemoglobin and Oxygen Saturation within breast tissue. Hemoglobin and Oxygen Saturation are key physiological tissue markers which can be used for tumor location, identification, cellular activity levels, and sizing. Unlike x-ray mammography, which loses sensitivity with increasing breast tissue density, the JBI-360's fPAT technique is not affected by dense breast tissue.
In a case study that used the JBI-360 to monitor the results of chemotherapy on a patient with invasive mammary carcinoma and high-grade ductal carcinoma in-situ (DCIS), the fPAT images created by the JBI-360 clearly showed the change of total hemoglobin and oxygen saturation in the area of the tumor during the treatment period. The JBI-360 indicated a 60% reduction in the size of the tumor region.
According to AFPII's CEO Michael Addley, "This clinical result shows the potential of the JBI-360 as a new real-time tumor monitoring tool that allows the oncologist and the radiologist to continually interrogate the physiology of a tumor without subjecting the patient to the potential hazards of repeated radiation exposure. Clinicians may now monitor treatment results and adjust treatment protocols based upon tumor progression or regression during chemotherapy without requiring the patient to undergo painful breast compression or injections of contrast agents. As a 30-year medical device executive who has participated in the launches of several game-changing medical technologies, including CT and MRI, I am amazed at what Dr. Jiang's new imaging technique can do, and I am excited about the future of non-radiation based fPAT imaging!"
Diagnostic imaging is a $32 billion marketplace worldwide and is expected to grow to $49 billion by 2020. The company is currently seeking funding to commercialize the JBI-360 and welcomes any inquiries from potential investors.

Same here.keep hoping for some reason.Their website seems ligit ie management and advisory board.I will hang on to them and see what happens.gltu.
Yes. Can't get rid of them. LOL
Do u still have shares in IMDS?
I worked in healthcare for 45 years. In on the ground floor of CT scanning, MRI and CT angios. At the university we worked on prototype CT breast imaging systems.
The concept is sound. However, I think it is more likely that the people involved in this company used it as a private piggy bank and milked it dry.
She has now filed for a stay of motion with " I'm an 81 year old sick woman with a terminal blood desease, and I had memory loss when I signed the agreement due to medication." Don't bother reading that deposition where I swore under oath I had no intention of dismssing the lawsuit, as I was on medication then. too funny.
On her third attorney- the same one now who stated she was not a credible person during the SEC indictment.. lol
Go to the Broward County Court records and read the motions. VARY funny stuff there.
She will be e grifter until the day she dies.
That doesn't surprise me
you can take the Grable out of the trailer but you cannot take the trailer out of the Grable
IMDS is now countersuing Grable and claiming she defrauded IMDS- seeking a waiver of her attorney clent privilege based on the crime/fraud exception.
Grable, being the idiot she is, emailed IMDS confidential emails she exchanged with her then attorney which on their own are admiission of intent to not honor the settlement she entered into.
She handwrote the following in one of the emails- " I dismiss the case when I have the check in my hands. I do not trust these Chinese people and they have lied about everything."
IMDS also posted transcripts from her deposition. She never ceases to amaze in her stupidity. Grable answering questions under oath.
A:Listen, I signed the agreement. They gave it to me, they put it in front of me, and they say sign it, you get your money. I said fine, let me have it, I need the money, that's all.
Q:So you weren't concerned at the time that you didn't know if you could perform your obligations under the agreement?
A: Exactly
Q:Did it matter to you whether you could perform your obligations?
A: No, I needed the money.
Q: You just didn't care if you could do what they expected of you?
A: Well, they didn't do anything for me either.
There's more where she as usual blames everyone else for her actions, and lack of any knowledge of key events.

There is nothing to start up as the stock no longer exists according to the SEC.
that line of text on your brokerage statement gives you no legal ownership to anything.
I understand,it just that the shares are still stated in my trading account, zero value of course. Any idea how they would go about starting this back up?
Ronjon, the stock was delisted years ago and investors like you lost everything. You were heavily invested in this scam, right?
IMDS is and was always a scam. It was nothing more than a printing press to make the insiders wealthy.
Of course not
the stock was revoked. Shareholders completely wiped out at 100% loss

does not matter what is on the website. Shareholders suffered 100% loss and cannot recover without suing those responsible
Check the website,I am not sure.take at look at the scientific advisory board and new executives.
What's the company telephone number?
Just checked out the old IMDS website and would you believe it looks like we may have something here.Check it out !!!!

Just read the posts since my last logon a while back. Depressing still. Janvon, I was just in NYC in August for a Broadway show. Can't believe I forgot to look up Barsom! I'm sure he'd chit himself if I showed up. A hired conman out in the open with a contract. Ain't America the land of opportunity! I don't know if fixing the SEC is on Trump's radar; I doubt it. But it sure needs fixin'!
Take care guys, and girls! Hi Deighton! Have a Merry Christmas of Happy Hanukkah, Solsxtus or whatever you celebrate!
Above all, have a safe and prosperous New Year!

IMDS filed a counterclaim 11/9/2016
Can't make this stuff up. Once a scammer, always a scammer. IMDS filed a counterclaim alleging breach of settlement and other items. Appears IMDS also has an outstanding judgment on Daughter Debbie..

Steven Ponder and Brian Hummer sued them too
Deb obrien is suing IMDS in Colorado
Apparently the settlement was to pay Grable $100k and another 100k to Obrien in her suit.
Linda Grable is suing IMDS
They settled and then it was reopened again. Grable had a deposition scheduled for last month
Grable alleges she is owed over $350,000 back pay, royalties, and car allowance

Claimed to be a retired postal worker
Any news on the IMDS lawsuits by Grable, Ponder and the new Chinese shills er beards er suckers er owners? Somebody needs to obtain a copy of the pleadings. Must be a HOOT!
Doc had to pay $10.00. I remember those clowns; CHParker, LuckyIMDS etc. How about moon, remember that loon?
I had 8 million shares here a couple years ago before taking time away from the stock market...what happened to this one? Thank you in advance for the info.
ROFLMAO - really?
Go IMDS
Oh my gosh! Was puttsing around and decided to look at IMDS for grins.
Still some activity! I invested in this shammer in 2003. Last great opportunity to make a little in the summer of 2003 when it spiked to $1.91 from all the excitement they were getting FDA approval. I missed that opportunity as I thought it would "go to the moon". I lost $30,000 dollars on this and was most hopeful there would be a law suit against them in the name of all share holders that got burned. If anything, Deb and company should have joined Bernard Madof in prison.
I still laugh at that phone interview between him, Dickie, and the IMDS attorney.
What did the Doc have to pay, $1 I think in damages?
Remember LuckyIMDS, KAKALAK, CHPARKER? They all need to be in jail.
VARY funny that Ponder and Hummer are suing IMDS seeing they have been gone for 10 years. Wonder if the new owners are trying to sell the technology before the patent expired to make popcorn or that Lawn Dialysis Machine. The CTLM is about as useful as a typewriter I reckon.
Imaging and I reached an agreement. Wake paid a settlement to me.
Bloodhounder had Grable, Debbo and Schwartz pegged as frauds from the gitgo. He should be very proud for exposing them for the thieves and liars they are.
If I recall correctly, he admitted to losing over $20000 in this scam.
Agreed. It is not as if the SEC didn't have 20 years of filings, phony press releases and message board postings as evidence.
Then again Dean at IMGG is still walking free, so are about a dozen other scammers I can think of.
You had Barsom who while paid to promote IMDS, used multiple aliases and lied about IMDS, said he wouldn't sell his stock before posting first on the board, then threatened to shoot longnshort in the head with a gun on a board and they did nothing.
You had Dickie, Wake the IMDs attorney, Debbo all posting using aliases slandering Deighton and others and then Dickie and Wake admitted in sworn depositions they did so, and nothing happened to them.
Grable and the rest of IMDS executives swindled nearly 150 million dollars over 20 years and walked away virtually unscathed, except for a small fine for Grable and Al.
I am thoroughly convinced the SEC only cares about getting paid- they don't get money by putting people in jail.
They slapped Linda and Al on the wrist. Both swindled millions over the years in this scam and only received a lousy $150000 fine which they will never pay. Debbo was an SVP and lied through her teeth for years- walked away scott free with millions. We know the SEC has IMDS internal emails from Debbo where she knew IMDS was lying about the FDA submissions. Same for other IMDS execs who knew they were misleading the public. Why the SEC chose to not prosecute them?
Very disheartening when you have 20 years of lies and deceit and the perps get to ride off in the sunset after pocketing millions by screwing over the public.
The one thing that puzzles me is why hasn't Hicks and the other toxic lenders sued IMDS or Grable? Theywere left with millions in worthless stock. Granted, they did make millions over the years but at the end they wound up eating millions, unless it was all hedged by shorting and sold off before it delisted.
It would be very interesting to obtain copies of any transcripts and pleading from the current three lawsuits against IMDS by Grable, Ponder, and Hummer.
Well, talk about a blast from the past! It must be very rewarding to see that your work back in the 90's finally paid off. I'm not going to go into detail in public as the Grable's still monitor all the boards, other than to say you had these crooks figured out 17 years ago, but no one listened. I have most if not all of the materials and posts from SI archived. Funny stuff that Dickie and IMDS attorney interview.
Linda has almost a personal IRS 7500000 tax lien on her for pilfering the employee with holding funds. I do not see how she isn't in jail. She is suing IMDS. Can you believe it?
VARY interesting that Ponder and Hummer are now suing IMDS after all these years. What possible contract indebtness can they claim?
The entire "sale" of IMDS to some Chinese accountant operting out of a strip mall in Orlando stinks to high heaven. I have my theories based on DD done, but again not sharing here.
If you thought they were sleazy back when you were investigating, it was nothing compared to the last 10 years. They outright scammed investors with lies and hired scum promoters who threatened to shoot people on message boards. I'm still holding out hope that the entire clan see justice for their crimes, but I doubt that will ever happen.
