That's what happens it seems, several times to me. Seems the OTC has changed the volume on many not near what it used to be. Crypto took many out of the game. LI2M had a good thing at first, then it got pulled into a MM money maker. Peeps got the the shaft.

They filed a Form C, which is supposed to be for crowdfunding campaigns. Seems to be some type of loophole being exploited to get around filing actual financials with actual details.

Dude the markets are against everyone with this current economy. I'm not worried at all here with this one. Just that the custodian takeover and handoff was a complete joke. The CEO sucks bigtime whatever her name is. Something else will come here I bought it all at .0001 don't see me chasing that junk ZA one. Stay far away from the diluters and this market will turn positive again.

just checked clark county courts and there's nothing new. the only thing scheduled right now is a 04/25/2023 Status Check.

if kristin is indeed using the courts, i'm not sure where we'd look for that.

so far, i think it's all good signs: frank still has the protection of being the legal custodian of ILIM and also seems to have been successful on getting the Ilim twitter account pulled.
