We finally got our "e". If they, at least, use the extra time to fudge the number higher so I can sell, that would help us cut our losses.

Jim, Possibly I could use the non-working one as a souvenir.
Sorry, for $99 I don't think you can get one that actually works...however if you contact Ken perhaps he'll sell you one of the non working ones he paid considerably more for.
Do you really want a virtual keyboard?
Jim, I suppose that I should cancel my order with IBIZ then.
Probably not from IBZT but I believe you can buy it elsewhere.
VKB.. I ordered the VKB well over a 1 year ago using my CC. No charge, but no delivery. Can anyone update me on whether this product will ever see the light of day? Thanks.

Huge volume on no news. It's got a long way to go to make me happy. Something in the works perhaps.

me too..Lost $ on that idea :( I thought the Virtual Keyboard thing was cool.
unfortunetly I don't know what the O/S is. I bought into this on the expectation that their Virtual Keyboard was gonna be huge. As you probably know, they had some problems with it. Their old website was garbage and didn't help to boost their sales. Hopefully this new site will be better and actually help to increase sales. This stock is only gonna bounce back if they start bringing in some income. A company that knows how to increase sales quickly is Softnet Technology (STTC). I wish I could take my money out of this one and put it in STTC. Too much of a loss right now though, need to wait for IBZT to rise a little more first.
I see they filed an NT. Any idea what the current o/s is?

Incredible volume today. I am gonnna be interested to see where this goes. Wouldn't mind reducing my loss on this stock.

I have lost all confidence in Ken and consider this investment a loss Jim. I hope I am wrong...
Sounds like they are actually planning on doing what they should have years ago, concentrate on what they have, cut expenses and actually try to make some money.
Unfortunately, historically they've failed miserably in that regard and the first 9 months of 2004 continued the losses.
Net product sales: $301,765
Cost of those sales: $361,328
Maintenance services: $20,548
Cost of those servies: $36,996
Now how the hell does one lose money on maintenance services? That is just bizarre.
Then of course there's all the other expenses, totalling about $11 million bucks.
Ken upbeat as he says "there will be a reduction of the company's overhead by laying-off all non-essential personnel,"(the janitor was the only employee)
"delaying officer's salaries," (who needs salaries when you sell suckers worthless stock) "and temporarily delaying all cost intensive projects which include, The Bluedock by Synosphere and the virtual keyboard by VDI." (temporary, lol as if) lmao hogs
OS count, please. Anyone?
TIA,
Mike
Blah, blah, blah...
Now lets get rid of Ken and we are moving in the right direction...
NEWS IBIZ - iBIZ Technology Names Michael Long as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce
http://money.iwon.com/jsp/nw/nwdt_ge.jsp?news_id=cmt-026p0986&feed=cmt&date=20050126
PHOENIX, Jan 26, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), an innovative manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other handheld devices, named Michael Long as the new Vice President of Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce for iBIZ Technology.
Mr. Long has been with iBIZ Technology since April of 2004 and has been focused on Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operational activities over the past several months. Under Mr. Long, the iBIZ Product line card has doubled in size, a new partner program for its resellers has been implemented, both of iBIZ' websites for Corporate information and Sales Site have been updated for improved customer access and a new pricing structure implemented. "I am very excited at the opportunity to continue these efforts within iBIZ Technology in this new role," stated Mr. Long.
"We are happy that Michael accepted this position. He brings a broad spectrum of experience to iBIZ, as he has worked within each level of the supply chain; from the Reseller, Distribution and Manufacturing levels," Ken Schilling, iBIZ President and CEO commented. Mr. Schilling continued, "We are looking at every option to create growth in revenue this year, which is Michael's number one priority."
Mr. Long came to iBIZ Technology from Enfora Inc. out of Plano TX., where he was Senior Director, Strategic Accounts. Prior to Enfora, Mr. Long was at Crossroad Systems Inc. in Austin TX, where he held several Directorial rolls including Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations to name a few. Michael also held several Director positions at Pinacor/Microage Inc., which at the time was the Country's third largest distributor of computer products.
LOL trader, that was the first thought I had...
Better not dare do the reverse split.
Just my opinion.
NEWS - IBIZ iBIZ Issues Corporate Update
http://money.iwon.com/jsp/nw/nwdt_ge.jsp?news_id=cmt-025p0669&feed=cmt&date=20050125
PHOENIX, Jan 25, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), an innovative manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other handheld devices, issues a corporate update.
"The last twelve months has presented new obstacles and challenges," commented Ken Schilling, iBIZ President and CEO. "We are diligently working to overcome these issues and are in the process of restructuring iBIZ in an effort to reposition the company for profitability. iBIZ is exploring options to create growth in revenue this year, which has been and continues to remain our number one priority. As part of our plan, thus far we have successfully implemented various positive changes resulting in the elimination of all of our outstanding convertible debt and in the reduction of the company's overhead by laying-off all non-essential personnel, delaying officer's salaries, and temporarily delaying all cost intensive projects which include, The Bluedock by Synosphere and the virtual keyboard by VDI."
Mr. Schilling continued, "Anticipated changes shall encompass our board of directors, our executive team, as well as our sales and marketing initiatives. To date, we have doubled our product offering, created a new partner program for resellers, we have changed our website for easier navigation and have revised our pricing structure for our partners. Our staff is highly focused on revenue oriented growth and we look forward to the changes that will take place in the coming months. We are enthusiastic about our strategic growth plans and further announcements shall be released as they become available."
Thanks, I didn't call them, somebody told me so thought I'd just ask here.
Jim, Actually I'm not positive about the gag order.
Did I hear correctly that they've gagged the T/A? Not good.
mokew, it could be that that VKB Co. in Israel had full legal recourse in the IBIZ law suit and then stuck their nose up at IBIZ and changed distributors. Clearly somebody mishandled the IBIZ / VKB Co. relationship.
I'm assuming that the VKB Co. in Israel was the same one that IBIZ was working with. That could be a bad assumption.
Also, possibly the insiders at IBIZ already made their killing by dumping shares on that big IBIZ PPS RUNUP, and so what's the point now in securing and marketing a real product. They could be soaking in the sun in Maui now off their killing in IBIZ. They could be strategizing the next hot penny stock idea.
