I just say this because there have been several Grey to Pink (G2P) companies where the website did not match.

Hopefully that is not the case in HGLI since it really has not been that long since it made a filing.

Also, please keep in mind this company is Delinquent in their SEC filings. They need to get caught up or remain at risk that they will lose their registration.

I picked up a little bit of HGLI a few weeks ago. I really like the tiny o/s (2,396,022 in 2016) and fact they have a very good website for a G2P.

I bought shares as high as .20 and as low as .05.

Since that time I have noticed someone constantly on the BID at a dime. Someone has been accumulating a decent amount. Makes me think they know something or that something is coming.
