Well, 2 minutes of PROPER DD shows the property, according to Zillow, is worth only $270,295, is 44 acres, zoned as commercial/light industrial complex. Look it up on Zillow.com! I already gave the url for the satellite view of the property. Compare them and see for yourself.
CK AGRI a trucking company with 2 trucks and 2 drivers.
NOT a holding company, NOT a farm, NOT a "dairy facility".
