Glad to see Heritage is ready to ship product to Brazil pending Health Canada approval. Liking the move to establish long-term supply agreements with in country partners for stability. Another ground floor opportunity for Heritage like with other recent moves in Australia, WV, and MO. Just a quick look at Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo's website shows plenty of products available including RAD vapes. To me limited license markets like Missouri are golden compared to unlimited license markets like Canada due to simple supply and demand factors. Currently you have 104 vape cart brands listed on the OCS. Compare that with only 16 vape cart brands listed at the popular Cookies dispensary in St Louis. Considering that Ontario recently reported $147 million in monthly sales compared to Missouri's first month $103 million, the opportunity is obviously bigger in Missouri for first movers like Heritage simply due to less competition. Cannabis companies are making bank in limited license Florida using the same basic model. Like :)

I expect with today's news of Missouri's neighbor Oklahoma voting down recreational cannabis even more people will be flocking to MO for cannabis tourism. Great news that Heritage is already cash flow positive in the US. Opening weekend saw pot sales soar to nearly $13 million across Missouri

This is BIG BIG BIG!!! I'm guessing Heritage will have about a year of light competition while Missouri goes through the required lottery for new licenses. Then those new licensees will have to build and equip new manufacturing facilities, which is a slow process due to current supply chain issues, building codes, and safety regulations. Fortunately Heritage has accomplished that already, and appears prepared to sell rec products on day one.

Even as competition slowing builds Heritage should have already established its brands and developed customer loyalty to protect market share. Great recap of all the recent good news, but the headline for me is the Thailand partnership with Golden Triangle Health. The simple reason being Thailand has almost double the population of Canada. Thailand will also be a good distribution hub as other APAC markets begin to legalize.

This seems like a smarter international move than trying to crack the highly regulated European markets with lots of competition for currently limited medical dollars. This is a big win in a big market for the Heritage team!!! Happy to see a solid company like OGP has looked over Heritage and found them worthy of a such a large investment. Hopefully this financing accelerates their expansion into the US markets. To me Heritage is smart to focus capital investments on the higher margin US markets. This is where the major growth would be expected to come from because of higher population densities.

The financing itself seems reasonable enough to me. Certainly OPG understands that a lightly traded company like Heritage would hinder any kind of sale of millions of shares on the open market. To me this looks more like a longer term investment by OPG in exchange for a nice sized piece of the company. I'm guessing big investors like OPG figure that even if volume/liquidity never returns to the cannabis sector, profitable cannabis companies would still be valuable to sell or turn into dividend payers.

Speaking of dividends. To me it would be smart for cannabis companies to embrace the dividend model like you see with agriculture and other commodity stocks. It would give investors a reason to buy and hold shares of well run companies close to profitability. Always IMHO GLTA :)

Hey Searay!!! Double good news this week!!! Happy to hear Heritage has begun production in Missouri USA of its unique concentrate products currently in short supply at local MO dispensaries.

Checking Missouri cannabis stores inventories online reveals a severe lack of brands and price choices to consumers in the state. Currently there's just a handful of producers selling 1/2 grams for what 1 gram vapes sell for in Canada. Using their low cost proprietary extraction technology Heritage should be able to quickly gain market share like they are in Canada. I see no Honey Oil products which are big sellers for Heritage in CA. To me Missouri consumers are probably more than ready for premium products at value prices.

Liking these capital light deals through Heritage partner Merida's other cannabis investments in the US. Seems like Heritage's proprietary extraction system could now be readily offered to other US LP's under similar profit sharing terms. Especially in limited license states like Missouri and West Virginia where financially unstable companies are winnowed out of the competition for licenses. You have to be careful in the US where private companies, not the government, are responsible for payment.

Another record quarter!!! These are some of the best revenue increase numbers I've seen among canadian lp's this earnings season. With cost of sales decreasing on a percetage of sales basis it sholudn't take long to go cash flow positive now. Hopefully they are already there. Heritage Produced Cabana Cannabis Co Shatter Now Available...

Just checked some Canna Cabana websites and was happy to see the first Heritage produced shatter was available for purchase in Saskatchewan, and according to their press release Ontario and Manitoba within the coming weeks. The first strain is Pink Hawaiian coming in hot at 77% THC with aromas of sweet tropical honey according to the discription. The shatter looks great with the translucent golden color of good terpy shatter. It's definitely priced to sell at $34.57 for one gram.

Canna Cabana has been squeezing the competition lately giving discount pricing to their members and it's free to join. As far as I can tell online they usually have the lowest prices in the market, and lots of value shoppers on Reddit say they won't go anywhere else. This inflation is likely to affect the more expensive Fire & Flower type dispensaries when customers start looking for bargains. It may have already started according the article below.

In High Tides recent press release they said they want 20% to 30% of their inventory to be Cabana Cannabis Co products. Considering they just reported $81 million in sales last quarter that could add up to some serious revenue for Heritage and other suppliers going forward. Aurora is the top selling medical cannabis LP in Canada. Heritage brands are now listed on their website. Heritage now has Canopy and Aurora as medical cannabis partners. Aurora just reported $40 million medical net revenue in their third quarter with a healthy 63% adjusted gross margin. This is great news to be one of few thrid party suppliers for both Canopy and Aurora. I don't see any other nano caps making these kind of deals with the cannabis power players.

Aurora or Canopy would be smart to acquire Heritage before the sector comes back into favor, and the price goes up. Our CEO was a VP at Aurora so it wouldn't surprise me if they have talked. RAD Power Flower Milled Flower Is Marketing Genius...

This is just the perfect retro name for infused milled flower. Now RAD is tapping the 80's and 60's consumers from the Flower Power generation. Like how they just reversed it to accurately describe the product (flower) that's (powered) by concentrate, Power Flower!!! Old hippies will recognize the play on words right away. Really strong finish for fiscal 2021 bringing in a record $7.1 million in Q4. That puts them on a annual run rate of $28.4 million for fiscal 2022, but I'm expecting much more than that. They have already reported the upcoming Q1 2022 report would be around 25% higher than Q4, so about $8.8 million coming in a few weeks. That would put their annual run rate at $35 million. The sales chart in the earlier update shows Heritage sales growth in this current quarter around 26%. That's some real good news that Q2 could be another big quarter for Heritage. Like :)

Was also happy to hear that Heritage's move into the US is on track to begin production this quarter, Great news is Missouri cannabis supporters have submitted the signatures needed to get recreational legalization on the ballot. Recent polling shows it should pass. This is awesome news for Heritage as it will expand their customer base "mega" exponentially. They would also be a first Canadian LP mover should the US legalize nationwide.

**NEWS** Canada's Largest Cannabis Retailer, High Tide, Welcomes Gov's Decision On White Label Products

In 2021, High Tide announced it has entered into two white label partnerships with Heritage Cannabis Holdings and cannabis edibles manufacturer Loosh Inc. which is doing business as Loosh Brands. Under the terms of the agreements, both Heritage and Loosh opted to manufacture High Tide's "Cabana Cannabis Co." branded shatter and THC gummies, respectively, for distribution in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.

This is great news that will allow Heritage's white label partnership with High Tide to move forward in Ontario. Hopefully High Tide will need large amounts of Heritage produced Cabana Canabis products for their 113 stores nationwide. Seeing as High Tide just reported $72.2 million in quarterly income that hope may come true : )

Glad to see Heritage has begun to sell non core assets that don't add to income growth. They might need to extend this to the medical division if it doesn't begin adding to the bottom line soon. Any expense that is not justified by actual revenue, not potential revenue, needs to be sold or discontinued. imho

The recently extended halt in trading Canadian shares feels like a strategic move to me. Freezing the share price for a possible acquisition or merger with another company. I've seen this outcome before coming out of a extended halt. It's definitely odd for a company that has never been late reporting before. Guess we will need to remain patient to find out what's up. glta

To me a 10% annual growth rate sounds way to low for the Canadian cannabis market. I mean Heritage subsidiary Premium 5 has already reported $19.6 million, an increase of 113% over Heritage's $9.2 million fiscal 2020 revenue. This percentage should only increase when we see all the Heritage subsidiaries report next week. Maybe cannabis investors will move to the market share gainers like Heritage in 2022. Hey Searay!!! With the Canadian shares halted this stock fluctuates wildly on the OTC. The Canadian shares seem to control this stock. Looks to me like Canada is the dog and the US is the tail following behind. Not expecting much until they report earnings next week and Canada begins to trade again. Seeing some signs of life in the sector that hopefully gains momentum. Aurora just bought the Thrive/Greybeard brands. Believe Heritage brands and market share are ripe for the picking too. HERTF still seems to be struggling in it’s trying not to fall to new current lows. This sector has given up a lot, as to will it revive this year is looking more like that is really questionable.

Looks like we'll be waiting a little longer...

This is going to push Q4 and Q1 release dates together at end of March. It's disappointing but well explained by the company. I guess having too much revenue data to input on time is a good problem to have. Still we already know that Q4 is going to be around $6 million, and Q1 around $7 million based on the updates. According to my math anyway :)

Maybe it will turn out better to report these two quarters together to show the market strong increases in back to back quarters. Even better if they show a profit of any kind like they projected for early 2022. That might provide the spark Heritage needs. Fingers Crossed :) glta
