Thanks for the update mining hound and your continued commitment to the Hellix cause. Ive been aware of the massive naked shorting thats been going on worldwide for years. Brenner is just one of the hundreds that continue on with this crime spree. Former CIA agent Robert David Steele blew the whistle on this 7 years ago. Sadly he died of covid complications in 2021. They took down all of his videos on YT but some still live on Rumble. Below I have provided a bunch of Rumble video links where Robert is interviewed or interviews some very knowledgeable people on this subject. You will be able to get names of experts, ideas and a clearer direction on which way to go. The links I provide are not all of them by any means. After watching these videos you will be introduced to a whole new set of prime resources. Ironically the last video is with a pioneering attorney who is an expert in naked shorting and financial crimes. His last name is Christian !!

No updates on the current lawsuit. I am not confident that things will get settled before further developments in the great reset, by this I mean further banking crisis and stock turbulence. Wish Bob Chapman was here to advise.

I did find a company with a lot of Walter Brenner activity, and I am not ready to post the details. First I need to make a chart showing Hellix Ventures trading activities going back to 2014, but with a focus on 2015 - 2018 showing Hellix manipulation. Can anyone coach me on making a chart showing the trading from past years and the manipulation. If so, that would be great.
Then I could compare the data with that from the company I believe W. Brenner is active with, and hopefully show ongoing manipulation and correlation.

You guys are very optimistic! I sure hope you’re right. Time will tell? I have all my shares still, and I will die with them if need be, lol. Not selling, ever! Thanks for the update Tycoon7. That news deserves attention. Let's not forget Hellix has in ground gold. They haven't been bankrupted because its debt free. The only way we could lose ownership is if we were swept aside in a bankruptcy liquidation. Since its debt free and has no creditors we are simply enduring a very long protracted waiting game. The timing couldn't be any better. High fuel prices, low spot prices and rising maintenance costs have been plaguing the industry for the last 5 years. When these factors reverse and the investing public awakens to the precious metals sector its going to be a very quick ride up. Best wishes.

Hi J,
There is a CE (Caveat Emptor) on Hellix which blocks all transactions. I've tried to buy over the last 6 months and it is always denied. I had a friend call around to different brokerages and all of them refuse due to the CE. I would say it is Brenner or someone closely associated with him. Its probably being conducted from an overseas trading desk. They caught him doing it years ago and banned him from trading securities in Canada. Maybe this is the reason the drilling permit got pulled and sparked the legal mess ? Frank never communicated much to us over the years. What little we know comes from a few of the kind fellows on this board who reached out trying to get answers. Time will tell.....

Despite there being a CE (Caveat Emptor) in place someone continues to acquire large blocks of it every so often. A few days ago 16K shares were "bought" @ .0001 Its obviously the same entity that was allowed to naked short it into the dust. I recently had a friend call TD Ameritrade to see if they would place a trade on Hellix and it was denied. Since Hellix is a Canadian stock it falls under the pervue of the TSX. The US trading houses get their Canadian trading data from the TSX. Awhile back TD told me they simply post the numbers they are given for Hellix. As a result I strongly suspect its someone in Canada who is being allowed to bypass the CE block. If anyone has been able to buy through a US brokerage firm recently please let us know.

Another example of the fines the riggers are willing to pay for the crimes they commit in the supression and rigging of precious metals prices.
They could easily keep and preserve these text messages. However if they did the messages would be highly incriminating. Once again nobody goes to jail. This is at least the 5th time they have been successfully sued, lost and only pay pathetically small fines. The other 10 or more times the judges are so in the pockets of these institutions that they simply get off scott free. Meanwhile they have purloined tens of billions of dollars out of the pockets of unsuspecting speculators in the precious metals exchanges ie ETFs such as (GLD and SLV). Their highly skilled and well paid lawyers write the prospectus' in such a way that protects all their interests via an array of confusing escape clauses and leave many areas intentionally ambiguous allowing co-opted judges to side with them.

Bob Chapman, what would he be telling us...
Thanks Lamont for showing us that the manipulation continues. I have not given up on a plan to contact legislators to try and make a legal declaration in favor of us against Walter Brenner. I need about 2 1/2 years to accomplish this, which unfortunately we might not have.
An independent journalist, Canadian of Indian descent, actually wrote that a different political party won in Canada, legitimately, but due to the parliamentary system in Canada the current party is in power, and it is not the group that would be favorable to mining and awarding a victory to Frank.

So my plan is on hold.

Other thoughts, over the next 3 months, we get the next October crash. Wildcards: we don't get elections accomplished in all 50 states this November, we never know what the powers that be will do to wreck things. Or, miracle happens and good people win enough seats to lead America to be on a good track, we never know. When enough people are hurting due to fraudulent economic policies, high gas and food processes, enough people might vote to save their pocket book. Wish Bob Chapman were with us.

I haven't heard anything at all. 7 days ago someone bought at .0001 which pushed it up minutely. 5 days later someone shorted it back down to .00001 again. Somebody found a broker that was willing to execute a buy trade and someone is still being allowed to illegally short it. Were talking about shorting 13,000 shares @ .00001. The total cost of the trade was 13 cents !!! Nobody is going to execute a trade for 13 cents on the SHORT side especially when the stock has been flagged. As Ive said for years a powerful interest wants Hellix all to themselves and has been relentless in attacking it. They want Hellix to capitulate and snatch it up for themselves. JPM plead guilty to massive precious metals rigging 8 years ago and paid a puny $900 million in restitution compared to the many billions they stole. 2 J.P. Morgan traders plead guilty to criminal precious metals rigging charges 2 days ago. These 2 stole hundreds of millions and yet nobody ever goes to jail. With hundreds of billions of dollars at your disposal you have the judges and the regulators in your back pocket. They steal at will and pay a pittance for their crimes. Somebody has the power to illegally short Hellix at will and the system turns a blind eye as has happened to so many. Its been going on for decades. You might want to call around to some brokers if you haven't done so already.

Could it be a completely out of whack BID / ASK, clear violations of the bid stack, an insider allowed to naked short it even with an SEC caveat emptor block in place, an ongoing lawsuit, naked shorting so obvious a board member gets caught trading it from a family owned foreign trading desk, same member banned from trading in all Canadian securities for lying to the Commission, the drill permit then gets blocked, status of stock slowly eroded to OTC Pink then finally banished to the lowly grey market. All contained in 10 years of message board history with supporting data you can look up on any trading platform. We've all been ripped off and suffered tremendous losses. My final response to him required I reopen old wounds. By the Grace of God we'll get justice.

In this space for 14 years ? I doubt you've been in the mining industry space. In fact I'm positive you haven't. You keep droning on about evidence. Someone that knows what they're doing can easily go into the trading history of a stock and analyze the data. The bid and ask are absolutely out of whack. It didnt even register with you. That was an indication that you needed a little assistance. If you would have read the historical posts on this thread the screwed up BID / ASK issue been a highlighted topic and the subject of much discussion. An experienced trader would not have even bothered to reach out to me. They would have just gone in and looked for themselves and drawn their own conclusions. That would have been the end of it. There have been dozens of savvy investment professionals on this message board over the past 10 years. All have read and scrutinized my posts and know exactly what the hell I'm talking about. That comment about my info being "sophomoric" irked me a little son. With that said my best advice to you would be to keep faking till make it and go away.

One more time I asked two direct questions:

1) Where is the evidence Hellix stock is being naked shorted now in the year 2022 or even in recent years? I'm taking you at face value and am asking you to provide evidence to back up your claim.

2) What is to be gained by naked shorting Hellix stock which as far as we know is a company which exists only on paper, isn't operating, and I'll add its stock is highly difficult to buy even if the general public wanted to.

If you can't provide the evidence of naked shorting which allegedly occurred now or in recent years, and it appears you can't, just say so. That's fine. If you can't answer #2 that's also fine.

I know what shorting is, I know what naked shorting is, I know naked shorting is illegal but goes on anyway because the various regulatory agencies are compromised. I know what calls, puts, straddles, strangles, dividends, short-squeezes, implied volatility, market cap, etc are. I also know the price of physical precious metals are determined by the paper price and there is no real price discovery as a result. I didn't buy my first gold or silver coin, stock, or ETF last week.

You need not forward any more investopedia-esque definitions of basic terms which do not answer the two Hellix-specific questions I posed. These are red-herrings.

I've been in this space 14 years and as previously mentioned I was a listener to Bob Chapman and presently am a regular listener to people like Weir, Morgan, Holter, Kientz, Kirby, Mannarino, Marcus, and others Fox Business or CNBC wouldn't dare interview. So stating something as sophomoric as the price of physical metals is determined by the paper price isn't exactly news to me but even if it was it doesn't answer the two Hellix questions above.

The evidence of naked shorting IS the issue. You cannot sell stocks you dont own and circumvent the bid stack. I didnt mean this to be a lesson in trading stocks. The assumption was that the reading audience already had a functioning background in the stock market and / or trading them on an exchange.

Why naked short ? Here is what I wrote : (Additional insight can be obtained from my previous posts).
This illegal naked shorting has been going on for 30 years + and is used by powerful insiders to drive a company into bankruptcy and acquire the company for themselves for mere pennies on the dollar.
Shorting a stock is legal though it is also used by the big boys to obtain unfair advantage over the general trading public.
You may be familiar with the term "Naked Shorting" but it has much more to it than a simple explanation. Equity markets have to report trading activity to the big boy on the block which is the DTCC as a clearing house for all trades. Only 10% of all trades are now cleared through the corrupt DTCC. That leaves hundreds upon hundreds of millions of stock trades uncleared DAILY. That leaves companies with million and millions of ADDITIONAL uncleared stocks on their books that were created out of thin air by naked shorting and the lousy actions of the DTCC. What happens when you have many millions more in shares on the books that aren't a part of your market cap ? It drives the price per share DOWN bc the market cap to share ratio is being severely diluted.

As far as good old BIX goes I know him very well. You are talking about a VERY different world in COMEX, CFTC and CME which are all banker controlled. These markets are funded by illegal derivatives activity. It is called a synthetic market bc the investor is exposed to the paper price of silver and gold which IS A COMPLETELY different thing than the physical price action of the precious metals. They can print up endless ETF (exchange traded funds) contracts then short the hell out of them just before options expiry date and make a mint. The retail investor always gets fleeced. The spot price of silver and gold is set by the phoney paper market not the real physical market.
Ok now one more thing which I think you really were getting at Tyco. Stocks and equities are very different than the ETF and commodities markets. The only thing they have in common is that they are both gambling casinos set up for the super wealthy and powerful. Btw, the numbers that they post on CME are rigged too. They came out with a disclaimer 6 years ago that stated they dont guarantee the accuracy of their posted numbers. Its all an educated guessing game that BIX, David Morgan and many others have to play.
With stocks and equities you have to do a lot of independent research to come even remotely close to what is really happening behind the scenes with a companies accounting. Recent SEC rulings now allow most big corporations to run 2 or even 3 sets of books. I am serious as a heart attack about this. GAAP (generally accepted accounting practices) are no longer in vogue. Look up FASB accounting standards. This is all way over the heads of the general public and makes it quite easy for the powerful insiders to fleece the hell out an unsuspecting public.

Finally, if you are still reading congratulations !! Ive given you a brief glimpse behind the curtain.

How is it that someone was able once again to naked short Hellix when all trading has been blocked ? Its not rocket science to figure there is some very criminal activity taking place. Btw, I tried this morning to buy some shares of Hellix and the caveat emptor block shut me out. The stock is now down to as mathematically low as the trading platform will display. Right before the caveat emptor rule hit Hellix I bought a total of 50,000 shares at around .08 when the Ask was only .27. They would not fill the order .03 - .075. That is criminal as all hell. Then the Ask just stayed at .27 when it should at least be slightly above .08. Someone then came in immediately and crushed it back down to way below .001. They only had to spend five dollars to crush all those gains down. The broker fee alone is more than it cost to crush the share price.

Lamont you mentioned a parent company of Hellix? I thought Hellix was started and owned by Frank Underhill. Is the company owned by Frank Underhill? Is there a parent company?
