(New York, NY) Hannover House, Inc., (OTC:HHSE), has accelerated actions to launch the MyFlix streaming service, including an aggressive final outreach to major studio and program rights owners to participate in the service. With forty-five suppliers previously committed, the addition of three new major media suppliers provides the final impetus for a consumer launch, said HHSE and MyFlix C.E.O. Eric Parkinson.
"The last two years have seen meteoric growth in streaming services, and the momentum is not slowing down," said Parkinson. "The MyFlix concept of one-stop consumer access to multiple suppliers and thousands of films has been universally embraced by our supplier studios and rights holders. We are offering a high visibility 'retail streaming store' for the merchandising of their programming," he concluded The MyFlix service will replace prior business models for Hannover House, which in the past ten years had been built around the distribution of independent films onto DVD, theatres and third-party streaming services. With DVD sales already declining in the pre-COVID years, and with movie theatres shut down for most of 2020 and early 2021, the "in-home streaming" of entertainment programming has taken over as the preferred consumer media delivery methodology. Premium sites such as NETFLIX, HBO Max, Disney+ and Paramount+ have distinctive and profitable market bases. But thousands of independent films are often unavailable for streaming, and market trends show that many consumers prefer ad-supported services or per-transaction options as opposed to the commitment of a large, monthly subscription fee.
"We think the advertiser-support version of MyFlix will likely be our most popular option," said Parkinson. "Consumers have accepted the advertising model pioneered by TUBI.TV as it gives them great access to programming without a monthly bill. We think MyFlix will fit in nicely with the platform options available to consumers."
Consumers will also have the option for a flat-fee monthly subscription on MyFlix, but with access to less than half of the total programming otherwise available on MyFlix.
A temporary place-holder web-page for MyFlix.com has been published, with the actual, consumer interactive service being built off-line. Marketing for the launch of MyFlix will include entertainment website link ads, targeted industry publications, social media ads and YouTube promotions to support MyFlix commercials. "MyFlix"" was recently approved by the U.S. Trademark office for an enforceable trademark. Upon launch of the MyFlix site and service, other businesses that have been using a version of the "MyFlix" name will be required to cease infringement on the MyFlix trademark by either stopping their activities or rebranding. Hannover House is also working on the development of original programming for MyFlix, which Parkinson feels could expand awareness and attract new customers.
In other Hannover House news, reconciliation of previously filed year-end reports have been modified to reflect a primary "cash-basis" accounting as reflected in the Form 10-12(g) registration statement prepared for the company's stock shares. Although the company completed the Q4 financials for the three-months ending 12-31-2022, the OTC Markets requirements for a full year-end report have delayed the release of the Q4 results until the prior quarters for calendar year 2022 have been modified to match the primary cash basis accounting. This process is expected to take between one and two weeks at which time the full 12-31-2022 results will be released and the prior quarterly filings will be amended. This reconciliation and modification of prior reporting periods is considered the "final step" required for completion of the Form 10-12(g) registration statement and the applicable professional opinion letters from counsel and auditors.
Production continues on the historic western, "The Last Days of Belle Starr" which is on target for final submission on March 11 to the Cannes Film Festival for competition consideration. ERIC PARKINSON BIO
Parkinson is known within the industry primarily for his film marketing and distribution skills, especially with respect to the U.S. Home Video Market. As a film distributor, he has handled the release of over 1,500 titles, including major hits such as "The Terminator", "Little Nemo" and "Highlander 2". During Parkinson's tenure as C.E.O. of Hemdale - a major independent production & distribution company - he earned over 100 RIAA / ITA Gold or Platinum Best Selling video awards, with 8 titles hitting # 1 on the Billboard video charts. As Hemdale Studio CEO, he has honorary credit behind the Best Picture Oscar winners, "Platoon" and "The Last Emperor." Schooled primarily in film production (University of Kansas and later at the University of Arkansas), Parkinson is also a skilled filmmaker, with extensive production credits, and a directorial (feature) debut ("Wildfire") just completed for release during Q1 2023. He is currently directing and co-starring in the historic western epic, "The Last Days of Belle Starr.". Hannover House Releases Timeline for S.E.C. Registration Filings
NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / June 21, 2022 / With compliance issues now resolved, Hannover House, Inc. (OTC:HHSE) has set Thursday, July 28 as the anticipated filing date for the company's Form 10-12(g) registration filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The July date was determined after conferring with Securities counsel and the auditor regarding the recommendation that the company's financials through June 30, 2022 be included in the registration.
"We have been assured that this is a realistic filing date, and one which will best position the company for limited comments from the S.E.C. regarding the registration," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. "Our S.E.C. registration has been a long-awaited and overly delayed process which has required the company to significantly modify our prior business model, resolve issues of concern and update our library and balance sheet items. Filing in late July will also enable us to promptly launch our MyFlix venture and deliver to our shareholders this important corporate benchmark."
Hannover House has been trading on the OTC Pinksheets Market since December, 2009. The company has a long-stated goal of moving up to the OTC: QB market for greater credibility and shareholder access. But prior efforts to file the company's registration were impeded by compliance to the many corporate rules and accounting requirements that are applicable to fully reporting companies.
"The company has delayed release of quite a bit of news this past year, primarily relating to MyFlix supplier studios, major venture partners and financing parties," said Parkinson. Current productions for the company include "WILDFIRE" and "COWBOYS OF CANNABIS" (now in final post), "LEGEND OF BELLE STARR" (now filming) and "MODERN ANTIQUITIES" (scheduled to shoot in November). Principal non-affiliate shareholders in Hannover House have publicly stated their belief that the registration of the company's shares should support an average share pricing level in the range of five-cents and that a successful launch of the company's multi-studio MyFlix streaming venture could dramatically elevate shareholder interest and pricing even higher.

Most take one or two minor pieces of evidence and build it into a full-blown theory. Rarely has someone with inside information come forward with a detailed theory. Barr McClellan has had that access to inside information as a member of the legal firm of Edward A. Clark that represented Lyndon B. Johnson's private as well as public needs. Being privy to this information and having access to individuals who were charged with protecting the president as well as promoting his agenda has lead him to the conclusion that when you follow all the details, ultimately L.B.J. and his lust for power are what lead to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Perhaps the most fascinating part of McClellan's book is his insight into the real Lyndon B. Johnson and his associates. McClellan provides a thorough background and history of Johnson from his early years through his presidency. The evidence presented is not conclusive, however it does provide enough of a convincing argument to show that it is not only a possibility, but totally consistent with the personalities, histories, and desires of the people involved. "Blood, Money & Power" is a highly recommended read for anyone interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination. |

 | Quietus Vivian Schilling (Author) A plane crash in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sets in motion this ambitious though woefully overlong ghost story by screenwriter/novelist Schilling (Sacred Prey). Interior designer Kylie O'Rourke and her husband, Jack, are among the few survivors of the doomed flight. While still in the air, Kylie glimpses a raven on the wing of the plane, a sight that is followed by a series of ever stranger events. Though rescuers discover the survivors trapped in the wreckage, Kylie recalls wandering the icy mountainside along with other passengers including Jack and her best friend, Amelia after the crash, but they were not alone. Kylie is convinced her memories are real, yet neither Amelia nor Jack share them, and her psychologist attributes the frightening visions to post-traumatic stress and morphine-induced hallucinations. As Kylie tries to resume a normal life in Boston, the tragedy continues to plague her. She keeps seeing a raven with human eyes and she believes she's being followed by the awful presences that she first glimpsed on the mountain. An old murder case and some ancient mythology are thrown in for good measure. To top it off, her relationship with Jack starts faltering, and the people closest to her are dropping dead. Schilling has crafted a complex and creepy thriller, but it contains too many digressions medical, psychological, religious to make it a real page-turner.
