O nooooo, I am not long here. Bought @075 , Sold @10 last time.
I have flipped 3 times since HLVT and presently on the sidelines, thinking about buying again, as spec, if prices dip lower.
i am well aware of the Boca connection here, and i assume this was being set up as some sorta gameplay when the oil thing came up. OIL isn't that hot anymore (startup or micro), maybe the gameplan didn't work. But these guys are market players, they don't need any consultants to play the penny game.
Eventually this will either die quietly or get PRed & manipulated into a gold penny on some sorta run.
If I buy, i now think of it like a daytrade of sorts.
I wouldn't put anymore than 1% of my portfolio here anyway.
It's entertaining to follow pennies, but costly to play.
They're like buying a lottery ticket, Due Diligence doesn't work here.
Do you notice the strange price/volume this has, with no news to reason it with ? I figure manipulation of sorts doing that.
Dilution, as you mentioned, could be going hand-in-hand.
I'm still in the learning curve here and appreciate your reply.

Technically they are not a new trading company. They had just changed their symbol and company name. They have been around for 1 1/2 years now and I believe that they had changed their symbol name before HLVC as well. The fact is that this stock is a scam and you just have to learn to play the dips and make your money that way or stay away completely.

Why do I think it is a scam? Well, first they go from being a type of broker that allows you to use trade under their company license and then they are all of the sudden going into oil?!?!?!?! That is a red flag right there. Also if you google the CEO's name you will see that he has been under scrutiny for his tactics. Pink sheets have not accountability to be honest and therefore that is were the wolf packs gather waiting for sheep to flock.

Also another way to start up a company is by merging with a shell company. That is where a company merges with another company that already has a symbol and that way they do not have to pay all of the fees of an IPO. Then at some point they may do a spin off and you will recieve shares of that company as well as the ones you already have.

If you are bag holding I can only suggest that you try and average down and bail out and use your money more wisely. I for one have all but stopped trading pink sheets and stick to otcbb stocks or higher. I do an occasional pink but only for day trades or at the most a few days.

how else does a new company sell shares to start ?
they could also distribute to MMs and let them manipulate,
or do an IPO which would tank.

They won't let me cancel a GTC buy order for .0065 either
Maybe we will see a profit from a class action suit....who knows.
You cannot do ANY DD on xtpt.
I don't have enough of an investment to show up on their doorstep unannounced (which I have done when enough $$ was at stake)

NO PR
NO announcement
NO anything
but yet, someone is trading this,
and it seems to be controlled by a daytrading firm.

I pulled up my chart of HLVC and it came up XTPT and the name of the company is now called X-tra-petroleum. Should be interesting.

I would like to average down some on this but not sure about what is going on with it, it could be hard to flip them if you needed too. There were only 14 sales today but that could be due to the symbol change. I have not been able to watch my level II on this to see who is in it but it would be nice to see a bump in this. The OBV has been pretty steady on this and the Accum/Dist line is showing some accumulation on it. It could be a good deal at .01 depending on how well they are doing on the oil end of it.

This thing needs some more exposure.

I checked out their investment website and it did not look to bad.

There was volume today XTPT 694,400

I watched the ticker for a while and saw a large buy @.01 , the ask.
This is a strange one to figure.
I only have 10,000 so it's no biggie in the portfolio. Would sure like to know what's going on tho.

If I have the time tomorrow I might try to call HLV Capitol tomorrow at work.

The only thing I can tell you out of pure speculation is that it might have something to do with their new oil venture and desire to sell their investment end of it. That is the only possibility I can think of just from reading the few PR's they have put out. Who knows maybe we will get a PR out soon with news about their oil end of it. I've been following this pinky for a while, don't have any right now.
I really don't know what to make of all this. I've done all the normal DD ....but...there are these big holes. The original business model seemed fine to me, then out of the blue they're in oil........just too market following here.
Would be nice to see some financials or a decent listing.
The way this trades looks like the results of the daytrading class they conduct. The spike about a week ago looked very interesting, to say the least. T&S looked a lot like a classic pumpndump.
But.....who knows.
I'm still on the sidelines here.

Hey Don,

I have been in HLVC for a couple weeks now. I have been reading the HLVC website and reading there company profile. It is very interesting. I also saw that they are trying to get into the oil industry which seems to be the popular thing to do lately. They have had 3 PR's out but have yet to give any other updates as to what the current situation is. I realize it has only been a month and things like this take time. I would very much like to hear they reached oil and gas at relatively close depths to where they were saying it might be.

As far as the daily volume on this is concerned it has not been to bad but there is really not enough history behind this to get anyone really looking at it.
If they can hold this thing at the .01 support and have some consitancy we might be able to find more people interested. Also regular updates on the investment side of the company along with the oil side of it would generate more interest I believe.

Anyway the charts do not look that hot right now and may take some time to gain some interest. I am interested in this but it is a pink and only time will tell us where this thing is going.
