I occasionally check in. Would like to "bail out", but given GNIN is "Grey", it's more than a little tough to do it. The trades on Friday are interesting and have me thinking about checking with my brokerage to see if it could possibly swing a deal. I would be most pleased to now exit at yesterday's of average of .0035.

WSML is very, very likely to get another run because of Mandla Gwadiso at Palewater Global Management.

Unfortunately, I am not liquid enough to enter WSML, while balancing averages in CMGO-- a $280,000,000M RICO Civil suit.

(The defendant will likely settle. We just don't know how large the settlement will be. IMO, the defendants will agree to a settlement to prevent RICO prosecution.).

Check out WSML. It’s supposed to run up like CYPE just did, but TD won’t let me buy it because it’s on chill. I tried to buy it a few months ago. Tickets do arise from the Grey's.
They are very few and far between.

Perhaps, if the RM were delayed, with a profitable company taking over, they can complete all filings file accordingly (I think an S-1) to get a market maker in board.

That will be the criteria here.

The new company, however, may just decide to stay private. You would still be a shareholder, with very little liquidity.

Between this and GNCC, I opened a starter here and dropped a couple bucks into GNCC.

While it appears to be getting good traction, ima watching those filings and the calendar.

Seems it, too, is a little behind and SEC isn't playing.

Thanks, I didn’t lose much. Made up for it selling another penny stock and made 3900 bucks. Just more mad at myself for not selling when it doubled. I’ve learned a valuable lesson or two. Good luck!

The best advice is to do your own DD, and follow your plan.

Many, many traders give advice according to what THEY SEE. Wishful Thinking is among them.

He is actually a good trader, and does try to find potential from the bottom.

Sure, the signs were there, but as a potential RM, SEC typically extends time. Here, they didnt, which suggests the RM failed.

ALL WISE TRADERS who give advice add a disclaimer. They are not financial advisers, and do not want to be sued for advice.

WT lost here, too. I'm sure he bought in low enough to cover his initial investment as GNIN went up, but the sudden suspension caught many by surprise.

It's part of the game.

CEO's do not tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. MM manipulate. Traders pump and bash.

These behaviors occur in every tier, from Pink to Blue Chip. You will never avoid that.

I may lose more times that I win, but, here in Pinkyland, my wins always cover my losses.

Do you know how I find out if and when GNIN comes back? I’d like to try to unload it on day one to get back something.

It will most likely hit the "Gray Market", which is not a "market" per se. There is no active Gray exchange and no regular MM's. Occasionally a broker is willing to "run interference", finding someone willing to trade. Quite often the broker commissions can be greater be than the proceeds from the sale.

There is nothing more than a miniscule hope that somewhere down the road an investor is looking for a "shell" and is willing to work through getting the GNIN trading suspension lifted. Such a move would be time-consuming and expensive, suggesting it will never happen!

I am holding another suspended "dandy", which went Gray 3 or 4 years ago. It's basically worthless, so the question becomes, "is it better to hold, hoping for a very unlikely miracle, or is it better to take the tax write-off?" In most cases it is probably best to take the tax loss! On the other hand holding is probably "the option", if the security happens to be a part of a Roth IRA. With a Roth, there is no provision for writing off a loss.

Thats why the pumps are dieing so quick now with SEGI not even making it out of trips TCE_ be ,0001 soon, COHO the same GFOX AFTI UHLN they all have the same chart way up then back to the basement. BYO_ will be the biggest killer for peoples accounts.
