INSN seems to have a very viable business and many speculate here they're even turning a small profit.

Company has not opened it's mouth for 2 years now.
They're non-filing pinkie.

No PR's , no filings , nada, zilch.

However there seems to be steam blowing up from the manholes. Something is happening.

Maybe one day it'll just blow.
I hold a large chunk.
I hope it does move again one day.

Keep me in the loop if you ever hear of anything brewing since you're much closer to the INSN/GTAP pulse than most.

Hello Viva...
I had DNOBI before the 'reverse merger' to make Gotta Play, (GTAP). Had 20k shares remaining but bought 10k more today, (as long as I am going to keep watching it)

I doubt it would go under, I suspect they would sell out, (be bought up by a competitor for some value) before they would go to zero.

Especially since the main people are local here with what you call the 'Grandfather' company, INSN.
I decided to buy some 'grandfather' company so I could win or loose at both ends. I am the one who picked up the 5 mil shares today.

I'd be interested to know if you have high expectations for either.
I am in the NW, close to both, even helped a neighbor hook up on DNOBI service long ago, (kept me interested in these stocks since then) still viable business.

CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND RELATED TRANSACTIONS



In June 2005 we entered into a five-year agreement with Insynq, Inc.
(INSN.PK) whereby it would supply our technology and communications
infrastructure and programming expertise. Insynq, Inc. is partially owned and
managed by two of our officers, John P. Gorst and M. Carroll Benton. During the
fiscal year ended September 30, 2006, the amount of services provided to Insynq
totaled $122,112.


Insynq also paid certain expenses on our behalf or advanced money to
us. On October 31, 2005, Insynq accepted to convert these expenses and advances
into an unsecured Promissory Note in the amount of $333,837, which included
interest at the rate of 7% per annum.


On July 17, 2006, we issued 447,111 shares of common stock to Insynq,
Inc. to satisfy the Note Payable and accrued interest, a partial reduction of
the trade payable and certain other amounts either advanced or paid on our
behalf. The fair value of the shares issued was $1.05 per share.

To be honest the service is not as I thought it would be. Called them yesterday.

They have long wait on many games, and some I have had in my queue for months (Splinter Cell: Essentials PSP) for example.

All they said is that they had an increase customers in the last 2 months and their game stock is rented out faster then they thought it would be. I think thats bull.

I would never rent from them again. Their prices are to spendy also...20.95 for 2 games out! weak

ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

In July, 2007, a lawsuit was instituted against the Company, and directors John P. Gorst and Mark H. Levin, by Capital Group Communications, Inc. ("CGC") an investment relations firm. In the lawsuit CGC seeks to void the Company's cancellation of 2,000,000 shares of common stock previously issued to CGC and additional consequential damages. The Company had cancelled the stock based upon, among other things, the non-performance of a July 25, 2006 Agreement. The lawsuit also seeks to recover from the Company, $125,000 that CGC had invested in an independent company with which the Company had previously entered into merger negotiations. We believe we have meritorious defenses to the claims and we intend to vigorously defend action.

They were probably overvalued to begin with. I'm curious about current sub numbers. Will just wait for the Q.
