Before founding SupportSave, Chris successfully started several e-businesses, including a VOIP provider and online staffing company.

Beatrice White
Operations Manager


Beatrice is responsible for service delivery and center management. She started with SupportSave as one of the first dedicated reps and rose up the ranks, demonstrating high performance and strong leadership qualities. She brings strong floor-management fundamentals and supervisory background, having previously worked for DELL's captive center in Manila. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Alan Savitch
VP of Business Development


Alan Savitch is a seasoned executive with an outstanding record of growth and profitability in the BPO industry. Over the course of his 9 year career in the call center industry, he has provided Customer Care Solutions to some of the world's most customer-centric Fortune 500 companies. Alan has worked with clients within telecommunications, automotive, financial, electronic commerce, utilities, direct response media, travel and hospitality, pharmaceuticals and health-care industries and Government agency . Prior to his employment with SupportSave, Alan spent six years with Teleperformance leading successful sales efforts.

Hon. Richard Halprin
Board Member

Richard Halprin, graduated from Michigan State University in 1986 with a Multidisciplinary Degree in Political Science and Economics and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1989. Specializing in criminal law, family law, juvenile rights and small business litigation and strategies, he is a founding member of the Michigan Children's Law Center and guest instructor with the Honorable Fred Mester in Oakland Community College's trial practice course. In 2006, Mr Halprin was appointed magistrate in the 45b District Court for the State of Michigan.

David does all the hard stuff, from VoIP to Server and Website Administration. He is the backbone of our backbone and has built a world-class infrastructure that has allowed us to grow exponentially. He holds various qualifications in computer and engineering disciplines in addition to decades of hands on experience.
