The subject property includes approximately 1,879.947 acres of land. The property is generally
rectangular in shape and exhibits generally level terrain with a combination of aquaculture ponds and
native rangeland. The appraised property includes 63 ten-acre holding ponds and 94 five-acre holding
ponds for a total of 1,100 surface acres (when full). The ponds are separated by earthen berms/roads
that allow access to each of the ponds. The ponds are interconnected by extensive piping and drainage
systems which connect to a pump station, central canal and various drainage canals. The pump station
includes six high volume pumps powered by two diesel engines. As of the effective date of appraisal,
approximately 40% of the holding ponds are in production. The property was essentially abandoned
for 10 years before it was purchased by Trans American Aquaculture. The current owners have
embarked on a property improvement program including removal of regrowth vegetation in the
holding ponds, site work/land preparation, etc. Certain holding ponds have been cleared of regrowth
vegetation while the remaining ponds are in need of “clean up”. It is understood each five-acre pond
can produce 5,000-6,000 pounds of shrimp annually and each ten-acre pond can produce up to 10,000
pounds annually. Under optimal conditions and when every holding pond is in production, it is
estimated the farm can produce 1.1 million pounds of shrimp annually.

its the broodstock that will most likely going to carry us to the promise land..
just 10 percent of those babies could be worth 10 million plus!!

the 12,000 as is could be worth up to $780,000 ...typically a superior disease resistant shrimp broodstock could fetch $60 to $65 per unit.....
TAA would be foolish to accrue that money this late in the year and have a tax due...the timing is perfect for a new breed of billions of shrimp to be born....
the new batch will certainly create tons of new broodstock...perhaps in the hundred thousand range...$$$$$$$$$
like I said many times...we need a few QTRS to see the result
