Here’s their end of September quarterly report, issued on November 25 with a “Subsequent Events” section for anything material that occurred up to the report date:

There is NOTHING mentioned about battery research, NOTHING mentioned about EV’s, NOTHING about a subsidiary called Alternata motors. ZILCH.

What there is mention of is 2.9M shares issued for a penny a share. A loan of $29k gets them nearly $5M.

It shows $16.7k in cash. So, somehow, this company has had a miracle occur, going from zero to battery research and zero to EV company on 16 thousand dollars in a month. There is no universe in which that happens, it is complete BS made up to sell that stock.

A patent on what? As of November, the company had no battery research going on whatsoever and no cash to do any if they wanted to. There's no indication whatsoever this is a real company. It's a scam to sell off those shares from the conversions.

Let's wait for the company to file a patent first it is a few weeks away. Then, they can release more information on the method they use. If you look at their scientist, he had a patent in 2006 and a prototype was done on hydrogen...he was ahead of his time. I trust that their research team will show real progress and I agree, will take time. But, so far, I do not see signs that this is not real company.
