Does anyone here think that executing a reverse split at these numbers is going to open up hiring opportunities at GAHC? Of course not. It is all a sham.

A better question would be why isn't the milk Dud doing everything in his power to get this off the ground. If we launch and it fails at least we know we tried our best. But failing because you're scared of failing is pointless and that's not what I invested in.

If the company is based around the family business does the companies business and revenue die if there is a take over?

I am not sure how the two are legally connected.

Future plans need to ensure the Fed elections certification is achieved asap.

Future plans to leverage the TrueVote executives and technologies as well as anything GES has.

I came away with a different take than you; First, I don't think Milk Dud Jr. is on Milk Dud's payroll, but that can be disputed. Secondly, the Dud claimed the RS was to be used to attract new talent and to buy up other entities. This too can be challenged; however, if sales are up, profit is up, no new hires to speak of, then where is the newfound money going? Likely in the Milk Dud's pocket. Licensing costs money. Upgrading technology to satisfy voting requirements costs money. New hires cost money. None of these things have occurred thus far.

Reading the 12 for 1 reverse split it emphasises employee detainment. It's to keep and pay Kathyrns wages, and their own by the looks of it.

I need to know how the submission for the federal elections certification is proceeding and the status of that.

Anyone know?

Last I heard they were preparing it but the commission doing the certification was also setting themselves up at the same time late 2021.

There should have been progress by now.

Very interesting private message i received over the weekend,A competitor wants to join our efforts which is operating with an active management team. They are also shareholders and have been accumulating notes for the past year. This gives us an additional source of talent to run the company
So a few heads up. If you are converting stock ,do it now .You wont of have time after notice. We will call for meeting in 7 days. This is done to stop current management from exorcising warrants options and converting stock. We have over 50% of ovyes so not notice or proxies will have to be sent out

The only thing I'm "canning" is preserves. This guy remains a Milk Dud until he can prove otherwise. I know you were in favor of empowering the Dud to exercise a 1 for 12 split at his time of choosing. Just wondering how are you feeling about that decision now that it is about to become a reality?

I bought when it was much higher and sold a stack in between.

I have put in a lot of money in over the years waiting for pay dirt.....put me down for 20 million.

The next bitcoin halving it May 2024. Thats when the next parabolic cycle for all things crypto and blockchain will kick in. But while the market for now bottomed a couple of weeks ago, it may go lower once everyone realizes the recession will be more than light next year it may dip lower after this move up.

The whole market has been coming down since January. They call it the slow bleed like 2001.

Good time for dollar cost averaging now.

It's a real shame Mathews hasn't pulled a rabbit out of his hat.

2Items Milk dud has already applied for the split, however my counsel's opinion is it will not happen FNRA will just sit on it as the did last time. After 6m= months milk dud with drew it, The note issued with a convection rate 50% lower then par value which violates Delaware law most likely will hold up the split.
Stock can only be de listed for not being current with financial reporting. So the answer is no.
It appears we should be able to send the request to GAHC next week. When we have the number of shares I post a draft of the letter then collect every ones email and do the signing thru docusign.

Just curious- has anyone spoken with this halfwit Milk Dud since his last quarterly came out? One minute he is touting revenue increases, and in the next, he has to exercise a reverse split to attract new talent, etc.

This incompetence must surely be an embarrassment for M.D., but I wonder if anyone has had the gumption to extract a coherent response from him, and if so, would they be willing to share what they have learned?

From what i can find in the Q's they have no shares only options.
So by my count we are up to 735million on board. So close please reach out to friends who may have purchased.
Also my counsel does not beleave the reverse will go thru since FINRA will see the .0005 note and feel this is a classic pump dump rinse and repeat.
With 4 billion shares authorized and a little over 2 billion issued what is the need for additional shares.
Let's get to a billion and put and end to this madness. We will control our destiny.

I have between 5 - 10 mil in shares. I sold to buy some other things, and am pretty strict about how much money I put in wilder investments :). Even though delayed on GAHC side and Bitcoin Side, I still see bitcoin booming first then GAHC. FYI, you don't need that many shares to get something voted on, to get another board of director to be voted on, etc. Lots of things you can do as shareholders. Just make sure you know what you are doing or get a lawyer who knows what they are doing.

I do not think Shep and Ninja hold that many shares, (lucky them) but it would be helpful to hear from them both. Ninja is a huge fan of the Milk Dud, and I am curious to know if that still holds true given that the 1 for 12 split is about to become a reality, and Shep, who has consistently provided very sensible, non-emotional advice, usually backed up with solid data. To answer Manning's question, I will start to pick my spots and up my shares over the next few weeks to help our chances. I hope others do the same. The Milk Dud and Milk Dud Jr. must go.

We are 60% there. Mathews will be stunned to see it took less then three weeks to secure over 50% of the stock in the company to take over Board.
After we secure the remaining 40% we will do a Docushare letter requesting an emergency board meeting, which takes 20 days. However we can waive that with a majority vote. Terminate him as CEO . Give him 30 days as president to get company turned around.
. If he cant bye bye milk dud.
