GHNA: I'm not sure what to read into this trading. Friday, based on volume, I was certain there was a promo coming this week. Now I'm not so sure. After seeing the summary of trades today (given the new finra rule showing the supposed real bid and ask), it looks as though some real money wants in here. The enormous ask was consumed late in the day and the red close was more of a paint job than anything.

Now, I'm a bit confused about the recent "insider buys". I originally assumed it was merely escrow shares being returned due to achieving the 2010 make good target but what about the 2011 targets? Any insights here? EBIT of $9m seems pretty low based on growth plans.

No PR for the 10k and Q1 should be announced any day. If you read the 10k, you'll see they more than doubled the prior acreage for land usage in Q4 alone. We know they are looking to expand into other markets, including Shanghai & they seem to have local government support. Wal-Mart China is now a major customer and they seem to be making inroads with other large retail chains. I'm not expecting a blowout Q1 but they seem well-positioned for future growth.

I would love to hear anyone's thoughts here. The recent trading would indicate something is in the works.
