Yikes. Well, I hope not that low. Just hoping for some opinions on levels $GEVO
How low can it go? $GEVO
Way too much going here. I'm not about to look a gift horse in the mouth. Loading today.
Let's not forget what OPEC did today. IMO, this makes Gevo a stronger company.
I agree on the multi bagger. Stimulus money will help as well. Good entry point.
I surely hope, most people invested hear, have done some of their own due diligence?
Gevo, has a smaller Plant in Minn. and what they say they can produce, has been tested by a handfull of Airlines, some of those airlines are the ones who have singed LOI ,or LOM to purchase amounts of the Product..
RNG- is the by-produced of Cow Shit or Captured Methane also from Dump sights. It is being used by 18 wheelers, (Truckers), Busses, Cement trucks and Many others. GEVO has Built one of these Processers in Iowaat a Dairy Farm.
The Plant they are Breaking Ground on in South Dakota, is the plant to Produce, Fuel for the Airlines, which is a Different type of Fuel, then the above mentioned Vehicles..
SO they have broken ground at last.
Anyone know what renewable natural gas is? claim they can make green hydrogen from it....
This stock reminds me of a sleeper cell just waiting to bust loose.
369billion dollars on the line.
$GEVO has $470.62M in cash
here we go investors in GEVO. The senate bill got passed, now we'll see how many millions flow into this company!!!
go back and review your history. Whenever congress gets involved throwing billions into this industry guys like GEVO will benefit. Not just a little but BIG TIME.
Just to be clear I don't agree with Manchen or Schumer on this bill but nun the less it will make it through the senate and get signed into law.
When this happens GEVO will be a big beneficiary.
wide spread hydrogen flights may be that far away but initial pilot testing is schedule for 2025 or earlier using different approaches
some electric power using fuel cells and hydrogen pids and other using hydrogen combustion engines where the challenge is really the fuel tanks as hydrogen is a little different to gas.
SAF although drop in replacement/mix will also be 2025 before widespread use - I have seen a number of "firsts" but is there any regular route using it yet?
I took my initial investment out after doubling my money so can let my house money ride on GEVO. Wish we had a clearer view of the status of their production facilities.
Hydrogen is stil at least 13 to 18 years off and requires new designs. SAF is drop in and also at least certified carbon neutral if not negative.
General Gevious drops great sounding news and goes red. what does that tell you?
careful with that one, it has had a very hard time holding gains,,, pic.twitter.com/rSE3OPSMbP— THE FINAL COUNTDOWN (@READY_2_PROFIT) July 22, 2022
todays PR was a little hard to understand for the automated systems.
on the face o fit it was god news, but in fact it had already been covered by an earlier announcement with OneWorld fr 200m gallons.
so the pre-market spike caused by trading systems reading news feed headlines was reversed by human interaction after the bell
then there is the fact that the aerospace industry is rapidly moving to hydrogen so forecasting GEVO business post 2030 is a little risky.
I sold 50% in one account yesterday having booked. double. seems it was ok timing.
Now at 2.28. Just waiting for my order to fill.
Awfully quiet here. I bought back in yesterday and today at 2.4 and today at 2.34 after selling a few days ago at 2.73. About time to make a small run again. If it should drop to 2.28 the I'm buying again. Too much going on here for this price. Market looks like it is at or near the bottom. GLTA
Not to memtion the ties to the Bozo administration, this turd has CORRUPT written all over it. Remember how much cash Grub stated was on hand, and how many offerings did he do since then ? 5 ? 6? PUMP AND DUMP ! But thanks for the new Ram 2500.
NONE of these DEALS ever meant a thing without a plant, and how many times will youbtake the bait ??? Sounded good in beggining under a buck, surprised it went to $15 but smart enough to sell 9s. This is NOT a time to buy back in, maybe .80 cents . There is NO ant and they are WAY behind schedule, besides out of cash as well. Wake up !
And quit wearing that dumb hat on fireside chats. Looks like a moron. Dress the part! Honestly just quit the chats!
Also his attitude bordering on arrogance is a dampener, a little humility might serve him well, lol!
I think I’d take these things better if Pat wasn’t paid far too well! His pay scale is not on par for a company like this.
Market dynamics and strategy change with time.In these times of economic uncertainty, I think we need to give Gruber the benefit of doubt when he says this offering was to safeguard the Net-zero 1 Project's fund requirements. These huge projects need lots of funds.Only time will tell if GEVO succeeds or fails, but they have to think longer term(unlike us investors/traders for whom it is simply a stock transaction and we get easily frustrated with dilution). Instead,it's time to take advantage of the fire sale prices and average down bigtime.
Understood. However Gruber said he wouldn’t offer at this price range! So that was a lie. Also his deadlines he puts out himself are not fulfilled ie contract with Chevron extended
what signs of corruption?
Businesses need capital to build the manufacturing plants necessary for their business plan...
The PR doesn't say "at market price". It says "at public offering price of $4.50". A little different than "at market price".
I think the same person PM me and can't reply to them either, but the PR says that GEVO "entered into definitive agreements with several institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 33,333,336 shares of common stock, and accompanying warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 33,333,336 additional shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $4.50 per share." It goes on to say the gross expected proceeds is $150 million. The only way to get $150 million out of 33,333,336 shares is if they sell for $4.50.
Thanks to the person who aswered to me in a PM. I’m unable to reply in private. But it’s clear to me now.
What makes me wonder, is what’s in it for the institutional investors who got into thus deal?
Wouldn’t they normally get a discount on a offering? Or receive warrants to buy shares at a discount as an extra to the deal?
It doesn’t make much sense to me why they would even pay a higher price. They should have known the price would go lower after the offering.
It seems like I’m missing something.
They can't exercise the warrants until the price is at least 4.37 so they are not dilutive until then. That's why I said we should be back to 3.86. No deletion on the warrants until they hit.
