Yeah, was already looking for him, but, of course, couldn't find anything. But it sure is interesting: an 8k about an investor who bought 7.3 million shares at .034 and a form 4 about CEO selling 3 million shares in a private sale at .19.

I wonder if we'll see another form 4 from the buyer.

GSIH new investment coming from Hummingbird holdings ltd, which is a british virgin island company. The owner is "Bao Ning Shi" based on the 8k filing today. It seems a Chinese investment company based on the owners name.

There are many hummingbird holding companies in different jurisdictions. I believe all different entities.The one you are seeing is not the British virgin islands one. They obviously dont want to be known. BVI limited companies are used for anonymity. Its encouraging they made a big investment, the o/s is incredibly low, and this once was trading in dollars.

Does anyone know what's going on with this company? I've been holding stock for 2.5 years now, would like to recover some of my losses. I googled Hummingbird Holdings Ltd and they are " Management of real estate on a fee or contract basis" So is this just GSIH hiring them with stock to sell off their properties? Since this stock has been dead for a long time I never look at the share price. Saw activity today but didn't glean much from the 8k. Any info would be appreciated. Thx

Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, the Investor purchased 7,352,941 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a purchase price of $0.034 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000.
