Lol. Yes but the financials are decent for a small company. Most shares held insiders. Not overly optimistic because the large share count leads to astronomical differences in market cap. Not sure a company this size can sustain that but float allows for price jumps

The new control should issue P-share for that 1.3B common block of shares snd retire them back into treasury.
