Per the offering they are selling the shares at .0002, below is an excerpt. Same thing is happening on Carnes other stock INKW where they are selling shares at .001 and the same few people are buying them and turning right around and dumping them, Lawrence Powalisz, Rebecca Miller, and Miguel Santana. Lawrence Powalisz is one of the people buying the offering and he is one of the guys that got convicted with Carnes back in 2010. It's all in the filings.

No, its the friends and family that bought the Reg A previously at .002 and flipping it immediately. They'll continue to do so until the Reg A is fully diluted.
