Yeah it has been brutal. For example I have never seen such a lack of RM's mergers on the Otc as there has been in the past 2 years.

Strange because the economy isn't bad. In fact it is fairly good;. It is just whenever the Fed is in a rising mood? Things shut down.

However the tide seems to be changing.....

Here is what I understand. The merger deal is in place. The issue is the financing. Money markets are very tight right now.....which is why for example you are not seeing really any Reverse mergers on the OTC or really anywhere. Tough environment. This is not a small time deal but a large one with lots of moving parts. However money markets are starting to loosen up as Interest rates are predicted to fall and money is starting to flow.

Nothing I have heard or been told the past 20-30 days tells me anything is wrong. Capital markets (financing) are pretty tough right now for ALL markets so while it is frustrating to see this still stagnating.....I am very confident that we will hear news soon. And no this does not mean I am urging or telling ANYONE to buy based on this post. I am simply stating my opinion based on what I am aware of.

Anyone telling you anything different has ulterior motives to put it simply.

I have not traded OTC for a few yrs until I heard about FUTS last week..Then another fatal Mistake..Sell at a loss and buy another pumped OTC AVOI ..What happened to the AI company from Ukraine RE FUTS? No one pumping it now..I think people who will go nameless Buy low and then pump the heck out of these stocks so traders like me will buy high while they are selling..How do they sleep at night? I just play around but we all have seen this movie B/4 and know how it ends..My own fault as I say go Big or go Home.. The game is rigged for naïve traders like myself.

You know how the SEC operates with mergers I am sure. They don't want any issues. Which is why they were so upset about that post. It is pretty obvious this post was meant to drive the price down and get shares.....which it looks like they got over 1 M around .023ish. That is not a good thing to have happen right now. I am sure it is being dealt with and in the meantime it is my opinion they are not going to help that post and its author sell at a profit.
