Hello Rossi. You are in America now where we have freedom of speech. I highly recommend Rossi burn 50% of his shares ASAP as he has personally lied to and messed up his shareholders. I am happy to say that without fear because it is provable. Has the company admitted yet that Atlis and Hercules are worthless as partners? Remember counting how much the 70 Mil OEM would generate in revenue without naming the company. You allowed speculation that it was Ford, etc. to raise SP and when Hercules was named shareholders said what? who? . Remember when you blocked me for asking questions about component (battery) procurement 2 years ago? How did that turn out? Pathetic. Remember telling shareholders that you would not allow the shareprice to be dictated by Maxim and that the offering would be at a high price? How was that first day? Pathetic. Burn 50% of your shares to regain trust. I am trying to help you but I am not sure if you understand the concept of integrity.
Nothing to say today??? Really???? The plane is about to hit the mountain an there is no liferaft :( I reiterate, the bleeding needs to be stopped, Rossi needs to burn 50% of his share immediately to re-establish trust.
It means Rossi has 60%+ of the company and will do whatever he wants no matter how bad it is for shareholders. This stock has been a disaster for years and most of is has been Rossi's fault. In that time Rossi has granted himself more shares and a larger salary.
I highly recommend Rossi BURN 50% of his shares ASAP. We are now at 0.02198 Pre R/S. That is fully pathetic! Rossi I 100% call you out to burn 50% of your shares. It is the best way to regain shareholder support.
So What Does This Really Mean?
I’m a bit hard of hearing so I’m going to gamble and buy some more I have some I can afford to loose GLTA
The selling is a clear response to poor performance. NO ONE INVESTED IN THIS COMPANY FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE LAST 4 YEARS AND ROSSI BRAGS ABOUT IT!!!!!! OPEN YOUR EARS!!!!!
Starting to worry about the continuing selling it looks like it is planned attack by a group or the company continuing selling into the bid last few days smh
Okay, I will start. Rossi should resign and move to engineering. 50% of his shares ( should be returned or cancelled. His salary should be reduced by 50%. His level of honest (or lack thereof) is not acceptable.
Come on guys any thoughts? Buckyboy? Where is your incessant pumping? We are not looking like a company designed to benefit shareholders at the moment. Instead, we appear to mostly be an ego trip for our DS CEO.
I don't even want to help Worksport at this time. However, it is critical, if you intend to ever increase share price again, for several things to happen.
1)Honest assessments of product timelines need to occur
2) Rossi needs to admit fauilt and take some responsibility.
3) The company should make clear that Hercules and Atlis (NXU) are dead as partners.
4) Rossi needs to lower his salary by 50%
5) No more private placements
6) Rossi needs to stop bragging about the initial uplist/RS/Offering as it certainly has not helped shareholders.
7)Rossi needs to stop bragging about the work they are doing. WE DO NOT CARE. We want what you promised in a timely manner. We did not hire you, we invested in your idea. Bring the idea to life.
For every seller there is a buyer I’m buying
Someone is selling at all cost, that’s for sure. I’ve been buying all the way down
Wasn't expecting it to drop this low (currently $0.80). I hope they have some good numbers coming up in their next report.
I think in 2021 a lot of companies saw the stimulus money being dumped into the market and wanted to take advantage. A lot of companies wanted to take advantage. Rossi used the (opportunity) to hype a product that was in it's infancy (Solis and Cor). Investers of course thought WKSP was much further along with Solis and Cor and standard cover sales as well (2019 had looked promising). People threw money at WKSP. Rossi then conducted uplist / R/S that screwed shareholders out of about 28 million dollars (40%+ evaporated and the SP has never recovered). Our partners Hercules and Atlis also evaporated. Either pathitic judgement or nefarious actions took place.
The good news. Worksport has a large (functional) factory. Hard and soft covers are being produced (which I think was the real goal). Revenues are still bad but showing improvement. Cor and Solis always looked like a college project to me put together by amatuers. If Solis and Cor are ever developed there will be a market for them. The heat pump is a bonus to me that I assume wont do much but if it does great.
For sure Rossi was not telling the truth back in 2022 about Solis/COR.
Is he telling the truth now????
I’m buying, why not.
Who is destroying the price and WHY?????? It is not just an absence of buyers.
Let's hope that the news released on March 6/7, 2024, is more realistic. It's hard to have faith with a dropping share price. Sophisticated investors
don't seem to be buyers at this point.
$WKSP $WKSP I found some great news!!!
Worksport COR product set to begin sales, pending final approval
Sep. 13, 2022 10:00 AM ETWorksport Ltd. (WKSP)
Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, Sept. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Worksport Ltd. (WKSP) (the “Company” or “Worksport”), is announcing it is nearing the completion of tooling for its COR portable energy storage system. This is the final step in a long effort to perfect the product and prepare it for market launch. COR, modular batteries and advanced hot-swap technology, works with SOLIS, Worksport’s groundbreaking advanced truck bed tonneau cover with integrated solar panels.
Bloomberg has WKSP as a BUY. Another few months and we will be going higher, faster. We are in the right area at the right time.
WKSP: bright future in the right space also. This year is a big growth year. Enjoy the opportunities.
Alpha version of COR imminent. Additional manufacutring facility being built in China. Additional mfg space has soft approval in West Seneca. Hitting the road with awesome hard/soft covers to expand their sales channels. Heat pump moving along with potential partnrships this year. SOLIS is ready to roll once COR is available. Hyundai still working with WKSP.
At some point this year this stock is going to blow up bigly.

1 - SOLIS isn’t delayed we should start seeing them roll off the line shortly. Delays from the turmoil in the east (solar panels are made in India for now), but we have no control over that.
COR continues to accelerate; proud it’s not made in China.

2 - After COR initial launch it goes to sales development; 2B and 2C. Then we have big plans for off grid home energy systems as well as smaller, more powerful portable power. But it’s always ‘one foot in-front of the other’
Agreed, new cover does look quite nice. We also agree that things are showing a lot of potential. Now all we need is WKSP to come through and deliever on products and revenues. Unfortunately, that is the hard part :)
Nice news today. New hard cover looks sweet. Should be a great seller. Made in the USA.
Institutional ownership of the float is now over 10 percent. Not bad for a startup.
another fill at 1.35.
Seems to be the bottom everytime.
West Seneca, New York , Jan. 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Worksport Ltd. (Nasdaq: WKSP; WKSPW) (“Worksport”) and its subsidiary, Terravis Energy, Inc. (“Terravis”), are pleased to announce a breakthrough in early test results for Terravis’ working prototype of its Cold Climate, Air Source Residential Heat Pump (CCHP). With traditional CCHP units designed to operate at approximately -25ºC (- 13º F), Terravis’ CCHP has produced heating in temperatures as cold as -35ºC (-31º F), surpassing current commercial units by as much as 40%. These early test results have surpassed management’s expectations, prompting Terravis to move to the commercial design stage for this product after further rigorous testing.
The forthcoming Terravis heat pump, a notable achievement in modern engineering, is set to redefine the boundaries of heating technology without the use of supplemental heating coils. It not only is expected to withstand the harshest North American winters, but thrive in them, effortlessly maintaining a warm and inviting indoor atmosphere regardless of how cold it may be outside. Its innovative design and advanced technology are expected to ensure comfort and reliability no matter how severe the weather could become.
“Terravis’ Cold Climate Heat Pump is intended for use in the residential home heating and cooling market, and to operate seamlessly even under the most daunting conditions,” said Terravis CEO Lorenzo H. Rossi . “In our Toronto R&D facility, our cutting-edge ‘Arctic Chamber’ created a simulated environment of extreme cold, and the Heat Pump demonstrated its unparalleled capability to maintain a comfortable temperature, even at a staggering -35ºC (-31ºF). This extraordinary feat was accomplished without reliance on typical auxiliary heating coils, a breakthrough that we believe sets the Terravis Heat Pump apart in the large worldwide heating solutions market.”
An air source heat pump utilizes the phase change of a refrigerant to transfer heat, capturing existing heat from outside air, amplifying its warmth, and then moving it indoors, functioning efficiently even in cold weather since some heat is always present in the air. When cooling, it employs the opposite phase change, from gas to liquid, to move heat from inside the home to the outside.
Terravis executed detailed tests that monitored performance across a range of 12 temperature points from -10ºC (14ºF) to -35ºC (-31F). These tests included checking four refrigerant pressure zones, airflow, and the energy consumption of each component. The impressive results from these tests have now prompted Terravis to move up its timetable for Heat Pump product development and commit to a commercial design stage in which it will perfect the product for an eventual market introduction.
“We are very pleased and excited by these early, very promising test results,” said Worksport CEO Steven Rossi . “The rapid pace of innovation we are now experiencing in all parts of the company, including Worksport and Terravis, confirms that the long overdue climate-friendly, zero emission path that we set out on some time ago is expected to be closer and closer to fruition. Fossil-fuel heating, one of the largest contributors to carbon emissions worldwide, requires significant amounts of energy. Widespread global adoption of heat pump technology can be a major contributor to creating the zero-emission future to which our company has committed itself. These early test results are a giant step toward that goal.”
As always, Worksport and Terravis will continue to update investors and shareholders as we refine the heat pump’s eventual product name, what it looks like, how it will work and when it will be launched. In addition, we anticipate reporting milestones on the product testing process and news as the heat pump and other products like the SOLIS solar truck cover and COR battery system progress to production models.
We shall see what q4 looks like, no reason to worry too much. Some progress with Cor and Solis would be nice. If I am complaining next Thanksgiving then we have a serious problem. I still think Rossi owe's shareholders a lot and should dump 80% of his shares back into the pool. Increased revenues, partnerships and innovation are the juice here....lets just hope they all materialize.
We may have to temper sales expectations for the final Q of 2023. It should be good, but maybe not seven digits good. Why? Rossi has indicated soft cover sales are going strong (we have no idea what he considers strong) and he has indicated publicly that they continue to make improvements to their hard covers for their existing customers. This translates to production downtime to me. I'm sure whatever changes they make are simply part of a continuous improvement culture with their company and their customers. It will most assuredly lead tomore robust sales moving forward and more contracts IMO. But, with respect to the final Q 2023 we may see similar results to the prior Q (around 500K - 750K). That will make for another great sales growth headline as they compare Qs YOY. He did indeed indicate WKSP would do minimum16M 2024. We shall see.
Buckyboy we are close to the same page. We agree the next 2 years look good.

We have the two lines and staff available for them but are making running improvements to the product so we want to ramp concurrent with the improvements. We will likely grow to second shift first then 3 lines. 1 line = 70-100 covers per shift. 2 day and 1 night shift is first
Looking for 1.2 - 1.5M in sales final Q. Their selling price (B2B) to their big buyer is 335 per cover as of a few days ago. They say they can get 70 covers daily off their first line and now have staffing in place for their second line.
Hopfully we see doubles in revs Q over Q for the next severas Qs. Looking for 20 - 30M target for 2024. (JMO)
IMO COR/SOLIS will not be ready for for full scale manufacture until the end of 2024. Basically Rossi is saying Alpha test units heading ou the door Q1. This will take many weeks once they're out there. Then the BETA tests (assuming they're doing a BET after Alpha). Many more weeks. If everything goes smooth then maybe BETA is done by the end of Q2 (again just my WAG). It's great that they have a manufacturer lined up for COR!
Rossi says soft cover sales are strong (imply whatever you want here).
Anyway, nowhere to go but up if Rossi and his R&D team can actually get COR out the door!!
We shall see.
Happy holidays....
