I don't think it has been revoked yet but it is trading on the grey sheets now. Seems like this would be a good shell for a private company to use to go public with since the share structure is good. Any remaining liabilities should be statue barred by now.

Might have a record volume day here today. I never did get a reply to the email that I sent earlier. I will try and call later today to see if I can get some info. We hardly ever get a tight spread with FCIN. .004 x .005 Don't know why someone would be selling at .005 unless it is the guy that picked up the large chunk of shares at .0001 or so not to long ago.

FCIN...Something is up with this one. There are bids in at .002, .003, and .004 which I haven't seen in a long time. 86K volume so far. Anyone out there know anything?

There has been action here the last 3 trading days. 10k buy at .014 this morning. I wonder if FCIN will come alive all of a sudden like ZLNK did. I remember when my brother talked to the guy that was trying to take this over a couple years ago and he said he was talking with a nasdaq level company to merge into this shell. Never did hear anything after that.

there was a takeover attempt, check the ibox, I think they even succeeded in changing the officers list in NV SOS but somehow it reverted back to the chinese guy

Yea, its weird to think that all of yesterday's volume was someone bidwacking my buy order at .015 That was the remaining part of a previous order that was only partially filled. I went ahead and put in another order, today, for another 50K shares at .015 so we shall see if that gets filled. What price have you been trying to buy at?
