Tried real hard to get shares around .63. Never did get a single share.

No idea have not looked into it at all, but would not touch that with a 10ft pole at those prices, they could turn around and issue 400M or 450M shares and then your SOL.....been burnt with that scenario too many times.

Once in a great awhile, a Chinese stock like this can run after a HUGE share issuance raising the o/s, but 9 times out of 10, they are insanely illiquid, needs foreign buyers to move them. US investors don't typically touch OTC tickers with large outstanding shares, unless they are cheap.

I am also watching EA_IN. Thinking most are excited that a r/s is highly unlikely.

I suppose they could issue so many it could ruin the valuation/market cap. Guess it really depends upon the clout of the merging company. Any ideas if its really an established business or just another no-revenue start-up?

Seems like none of the former Lazar shells can manage to keep their share structures in tact post merger, they either r/s, or in this case do a big share issuance. I'm surprised at all the action EA_IN is getting @ $3+, with 500M authorized, no telling what the share structure will end up being post merger.

Pulling my bid on this one today, looks like they just did a massive share issuance, almost 300M shares issued. Too bad, had a nice share structure before.
