o/t: AVHC put out a PR saying they are reorganizing, renaming and filing for a new symbol. I presume when they get that accomplished there will be a group of PRs identifying the changes and presumably some progress.

Interesting company here. Essentially the company is just begining to prove itself. New CEO(Mr. Knaisch (former LVL 3)) and CFO/COO(Richman (ex D&T, Operations Man)).

I have been researching into this company on and off for a couple months -- Potential of the 2nd Qtr to show profits. Recent DivArchive sell to Eastman Kodak of $850K - as well as Office and expeditures out of France. This should help with the SGA expenditures.

With the new alliances which have been in place for the past 4-6 months - will this be enough to get sales of the product(s) up to support current operations?

Ongoing - 5 yr Rainbow network alliance looks promising, this could help with the R&D load and allow for a low cost of capital to develop and test new products. Also - Will Rainbow be placing their Management System on the open market for sale - or will it be used in house only (to be launched in Aug)?

Cause for concern is with the 500K note holders who opted for 6million shares of stock on half the note(balance into the convertable notes). I believed they were looking for the shares around August 1st of this year. Not sure if that is due to taxable long term gain reasons (acquired @ .05 ) or if they just want to hold some shares in case profit is generated and get back some of their initial investment.

Thoughts? Other Ideas?
