Yeah, I should of put it all into SPY, but I wanted to play safe and preserve my millionaire status, having that kind of cash at a broker could be dangerous, too easy to make a big mistake, plus my 5% savings are earning me more than enough to live comfortably the rest of my life, I don't want to mess that up.

What effect does an investor have,
on the PPS of a stock? Or
What is an investor worth? To the PPS of a stock!
Using AXXA as an example.
Each investor is worth $0.0001 to a stock's PPS.
Since AXXA has been having about 20 to 30 trades a day.
I was thinking there were only 20 or 30 AXXA investors
But that didn't work out. So I changed investors to traders.
So AXXA has 20 to 30 traders a day that make, a few trades a day.
But AXXA probably has 90 to 100 investors.
Which is what determines AXXA's PPS. Get it?
90 to 100 investors x $0.0001 = AXXA's PPS of $0.0090+-
Try this concept out on a couple of other stocks. Works out pretty close.
So in conclusion what AXXA really needs is about 10 to 50 thousand investors. Or more. Now you know!
How about 100 thousand more AXXA investors.

I struck it rich in 2021, almost 2mill$ cap gains, we just need more participation this year!
As long as the company submits regular financials/disclosure reports and share structure is current I doubt the SEC/FINRA is going to say anything.
They better understand safe harbor, and that there are many unforeseen circumstances that occur that would prevent the company from accomplishing many of their forecast events and goals.
STOCHASTICS BUY SIGNAL ALERT!
I just did and still see pps above a now rising 50 day just under 9's, and last Friday's reversal day has about run it's coarse as stochastics are oversold at "8-21", So Chartmaster expects a bounce off the painted 9's close to resume the uptrend, if the 50 day is rising, the trend is up, trade with the trend son!
