If Sharp is not interested in EVLI (and that is "accurate" as you say), then why did Sharp send this letter to Blankenship (his most recent known communication with Blankenship) where Sharp says:

That sure sounds like Sharp is interested in EVLI and saying that he wouldn't take EVLI custodianship even if it was offered to him and that he has no interest has turned out to be false. Yet it keeps being posted is in the stickied posts (along with continuing to state that the custodianship court case was dismissed without stating that it was reopened) and given this new info, the intro continues to also falsely state that Sharp is no longer interested in EVLI when the letter proves otherwise. The intro perpetuates the falsehood that Sharp is not interested in EVLI.

I agree and yes, that's two attorneys who left back-to-back without getting paid by Blankenship. Sharp is interested in EVLI and has Blankenship cornered and with few options.

...and the judge knows Blankenship can't even afford a lawyer (since he has already shown up to her court without a lawyer) much less run a company with shareholders.

Sharp has motions and oppositions pending. How will Blankenship continue without a lawyer. By now any lawyer who does the most basic research on Blankenship who is a convicted felon wouldn't even think of representing Blankenship, plus word must be getting around that Blankenship stiffs his lawyers.

He posted that WNFT had reached the "promised land" just to tweet a few days later that because of Calasse everything is put on hold until the Calasse court case is resolved. How is putting everything on hold the "promised land"?

He also posted thaf he wasn't interested in EVLI custodianship even if it was offered to him. That turned out to be false since his most recent letter to Blankenship shows interest and the open court docket and motions also proves interest.

Also the claim that EVLI is registered with the SEC was clarified months ago.

I'll say it again. For the time being EVLI is not registered with the SEC but it will continue to be brought up to deflect Sharp's interest in EVLI.

Sharp's custodianship case againsnt EVLI won't last forever. It's been going on for over a year now.

Given Sharp's most recent letter to Blankenship and his current and open custodianship court case (and motions) against EVLI, it is obvious he is still interested in EVLI no matter what is falsely posted here and in the intro by some about Sharp not being interested in EVLI.

Sharp is still interested in EVLI and continues to try to gain control of EVLI through his custodianship court case.

Since filing for custodianship Sharp has been and continues to be interested in EVLI. He always has been interested and it's easy to tell if you follow the current custodianship court docket. I've been saying this for five months - ever since he tweeted that he wasn't interested and that he would refuse the custodianship even if it was given to him. I knew he was posturing and feigning disinterest.

He even dismissed the his case against EVLI and tweeted about it only to quietly reopening the case a few weeks later. Talk about a head- fake!

Blakenship has been fighting Sharp for a year in court to retain control.

Is likely that he will just hand it over now as a gesture of goodwill?

In my opinion, no.

Even if he did, the false claim that EVLI is registered with the SEC and an easy fix to get current, was false from the word go and the false rumor was perpetuated by desperate longs hoping to exit on the backs of gullible and uninformed traders.

Well right now it is merely a letter which Sharp sent to Blankenship giving him terms of resignation of control. So hopefully both parties are working on a deal to expedite this matter of control. If this ends back up in the courts hands I will reach out to opposing council, and ask the judge's J.A how to proceed.
