When trying to log in to equityfeed all day Tue and so far today too I receive a security notice saying a problem with the website's security certificate---Certificate revoked--and receive no response from equityfeed when emailing them (not normal) did yours work ok yesterday? thanks

i use equityfeed and recently switched to a mac. do you know how you delete symbols from watch lists or ban them (on pc i would right click and it brought up choices).

yeah 20 minute delay doesn't do anyone any good anyway... though it would be great to have their scans, news and stats for free!

Anyone have any issues with Trade Connect??? When I place an order they automatically round it to 3 decimal places, not 4. I wrote EF technical support an email but I haven't heard anything back yet. Any of y'all have the same issue?

haven't been able to dedicate any real time to learning it, nor have i really been able to make time at work to trade so i haven't made any real money from it.

i used the news filter and searched for LOI to see news releases for companies announcing mergers or anything else that would create an LOI.

found any good tutorials or filter set-ups on line???

Just signed up with EF and I love it. Far better than anything I have used before. Been working a while now setting up my streaming filters but so far the year subscription has been paid for :) What filter settings are yall using? Care to share?

i watch the news screener and filter for price between .0009 and .01, but can never really tell what types of news will make these little pannies run. i'm wondering if # of trades should be taken into account, accumulation, average volume, $ traded???

any ideas?

i'm thinking about switching my whole account over to TD Ameritrade since you can integrate EF into TD and trade directly from there.

what i really need is the ability to filter OTC pennies based on news released, and based on key terms in the news release..."FDA Approval... Letter of intent..."

i am not sure why you would think its a scam. great stock screeners you can set up any way you would like. by which markets, security types, price range, whatever you want. set up multiple watch lists. has market view to see where the money is trading. so much more as well. i have also heard that news hits their service before anyone elses. and that is filterable too. if you need to take 6 months off from trading, you can cancel, sign back up whenever and all your watchlists and scans are still saved. and i think it is only a dollar to try for a month. a scam it is not.

that stinks though cause Ihub's does. it may not be all the way accurate due to MM's moving off B/A and signing off but to me i find it helpful. When do they show again for equityfeed because lvl 2 moves in the morning pre-market and that way i know where to place orders if i need to get in right away.

Ihub L2'w are good for beginners or those that just want the basics. You are correct, the L2's don't show the MM's after hours.

also does equityfeed lvl 2 not show MM's off market hours? i just got it however when i clicked level two all it shows is time & sales. Ihub's shows MM's even when the markets are closed minus the MM's that sign off at the EOD. thanks for clearing up my confusion.

Just signed up for Equity Feed with Level II's a month ago. Used I-hub's before that. Will never go back, fwiw. Equity Feed's Level II's have worked fine for me, plus the montage has the L2's built into it.

Does anyone ever have any problems with LVL II from equityfeed? I already use the platform minus the lvl II service. currently I use IHUB level 2 but I am considering switching over today as equity feed is cheaper and it looks much better. TIA

I must of had it wrong then. Thought for sure at one point recently that I was getting NYSE quotes.

You know although I think the filter is nice I havent really used it all that much. I do from time to time to see % gainers and % losers on the larger exchanges but for the microcaps I just follow certain groups of them via watchlists I have.

Roger, I have the complete U.S Equities package so I automatically get the quotes for NYSE, however, I'm pretty sure you don't get NYSE quotes if you only have the MicroCap Equities Package. There is a pretty good EquityFeed Review site that may have that information for you.
It sounds like you are mostly a microcap trader which I am as well. Do you have any custom filter setups you like trading or wish to trade/discuss ideas?

Did EF give out free quotes for NYSE and the other bigger exchanges? I dont remember being about to get those quotes. I never bothered ordering them because I have Ameritrade streamer but works great that I dont have to open two different programs and eat up all my pc juice.

Thank you for telling me about this board and about Equity Feed! I will be spending quite a bit of time checking it out today. I am terribly disappointed in the other services I have tried. Equity Feed's trial looks like a great way to get introduced to all they have to offer. It is pricey but will more than pay for itself in one trade!

No prob. I use it that way myself. Heck thats one of the main reasons I use EF. A couple of times throughout the past year or so there are errors moving some of them over but lately it works like a charm. The other L2 co's you have to add them one by one. Sucks when you are trying to follow 3,000 stocks.
