There are several articles stating that on the conversion date, 6-29-18, investors in FTRPR will receive between 17 and 20 shares of FTR common stock per one share of FTRPR (17 or 20 to 1.)
FTR announced that they set a conversion ratio of 1.3333. I'm confused. Will I be getting 17 to 1 or 1.3333 to one?

Interesting that there is no Board here as even Cramer is hot on this Company Preferred Stock. Frontier is going to issue 20 Shares for each one share held next year. Guaranteed as long as the common share price remains below $5.00. This is a amazing deal for a possible huge landfall of profit.Common shares now about $1.25--.60. Do the math! Let's say you have 200 shares of FTRPR now. Cost@ 29.50 =$5,900.plus fee of course. Now then ,20 x 200=4,000. Say the Frontier PPS by then is $3.00. Than you have a set of shares worth $12,000. That is a 100% profit! Not much of a RTR here as Frontier is climbing in profit and should be O.K. price wise next year. Even Cramer is buying in big! He is but a "showman" but sometimes gets it right.
