That's the authorized not outstanding. I was thinking there are 9.9 million shares in the float. Post split that's a float of 66,000 shares. That's a microscopic float.

Here is what makes me confident it is a Reverse Merger and not some other change.

Each Florida Corp gets a Florida Employer Identification number.
When they are merging or changing names they apply for a new FEI number. ECPI on Sunbiz now says

FEI Number APPLIED

Meaning ECPI has applied for a new FEI number as part of the ammendment they filed on 10/4. If it was a change in share structure they wouldn't need a new FEI number. Also ECPI only has 9 million shares OS from what we know. Float trades like it is tiny. ECPI is on the merger launch pad T-minus 259 hours and counting.

2)He doesn't matter anymore he passed the shell along
3)The merger appears to be happening on 10/16 update. There was an update on Sunbiz today. Ammendment filed 10/4 effective date 10/16.
4)The only type of ammendment I know that that has an event effective date is a merger/name change

Today shows me that what I mentioned way back in post #22 has been accomplished. I guess we cycled higher and churned out the people with low cost basis. Stronger base this time should get us over .10, I added today and will keep adding on any dips. Today started the countdown, the spinning wheel said THREE...TWO...ONE...

All we need now is Director/Deal maker Dean Hamilton Bornstein to say the words Action, rollem and then we all get to sit back and enjoy the show.

I agree we could at this time break through the high of .09 without any news; not many shares available and now in much stronger hands;ECPI is a gem and kept quiet while under accumulation; with the reverse merger on its way, we have a huge winner soon, IMO.
