This prospectus supplement, together with the accompanying short form base shelf prospectus of Enthusiast Gaming dated May 6, 2021 (the “short form base shelf prospectus”) qualifies the distribution (the “Offering”) of 8,000,000 common shares (the “Firm Shares”) in the capital of Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (“Enthusiast Gaming” or the “Company”) at a price of USD$5.75 per Firm Share (the “Offering Price”). The Offering Price has been determined by negotiation between Enthusiast Gaming and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. (the “Lead Underwriter”), on their own behalf and on behalf of the other Underwriters (as defined herein).

| (1) | The Offering Price has been determined by negotiation between Enthusiast Gaming and the Lead Underwriter, on its own behalf and on behalf of the other Underwriters. The price to the public is payable to the Underwriters in US dollars and proceeds to Enthusiast Gaming will be payable by the Underwriters in US dollars. |
