EfficiencySMART's commissioning and energy engineering services use detailed analysis to create an optimal performance baseline, while EfficiencySMART's monitoring-based commissioning enables facilities to identify, quantify, report, and track low-cost and no-cost energy savings measures, guaranteeing a minimum of 8%-12% annual savings of addressable energy spend. EfficiencySMART provides end users with on-demand information about their facility's energy and systems data in easy-to-use "scorecards," helping users prioritize and implement energy savings recommendations.

SupplySMART: Our energy price and risk management application and service assesses a customer's energy purchasing options and associated risks. Using a competitive bid process, EnerNOC's SupplySMART delivers recommendations on energy prices, terms, and conditions that deliver the best value to the customer. SupplySMART includes a rich set of on-demand features that enables users to centralize and track utility bill and enterprise-wide utility financial information (e.g., budgets, forecasts), and assess bill accuracy and savings opportunities. SupplySMART also has an online procurement feature to compete commodity purchases using reverse- and blind-auction technology to ensure the most competitive supply terms and conditions.

CarbonSMART: Our enterprise carbon management application and service supports the measurement, tracking, and management of greenhouse gases across the enterprise. Customers use CarbonSMART to support environmental initiatives and to comply with voluntary and/or mandatory reporting requirements. CarbonSMART provides seamless data connectivity that drives quality decisions on carbon risk and mitigation.
