The volume today was a 20,000 share sell at $.011 and a 500 share buy at $.045, most likely by someone who wanted EOD price higher.

A RM already happened but the DTCC escalated the stock from T4T (trade for trade) designation to a DTC Global Lock. ENTS is too tainted for viability, even for a different RM candidate.

ENTS did reverse merger in October 2011 with Medical Capital Management, LLC in exchenage for 75 million shares of common stock as announced in this PR: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68381483

The current CEO is Roger Findlay. You could try calling him at [phone] to ask about any plans for the corporation, however the DTC situation makes the stock impossible to sell for many shareholders depending upon which broker they use.

Although ENTS had already been exited from the NSCC CNS System (i.e. was non DTC-eligibile), the DTC suspended all services but custody (i.e. a DTC Global Lock) in January 2012 as shown in the iBox. This renders the stock extremely illiquid.

The Jenkins brothers moved EnableTS back to CLDR which also has a DTC Global Lock. They tried to circumvent it with a bizarre 1 for 1.08 forward split and a minor name change in order to get a new CUSIP. The manuever backfired and they ended up on the grey market and the DTC applied the same suspension to the new CUSIP.

Both stocks are essentially worthless.

What happened with ENTS/MMUH is extremely common in Pinkville. I've never seen shareholders of a failed PK company successfully sue the company.

Investing in PK stocks is extremely risky. There is always the possibility of loosing one's entire investment. The red flags were all over the field on this one and warnings were repeatedly posted on this forum.

mrsdoubtfire: Most PK penny stocks, including ENTS (fka MMUH), are simply dilution scams to enrich insiders, promoters and others who facilitate the scams. The vast majority of perpetrators are never sanctioned in any way, partly because they are not effectively reported to regulators.

mrsdoubtfire: Unfortunately ENTS is essentially dead as a stock and it is unlikely any remaining shareholders will get any money back.

David Lovatt, former CEO, abandoned both ENTS and CLDR and started up DNAD, his 5th PK stock. He left Danny Jenkins in charge of of ENTS and his brother Michael Jenkins in charge of CLDR.

Danny removed EnableTS, Ltd. as a subsidiary of EnableTs, Inc. (ENTS) and put it back into CLDR, which is also a dead stock after they tried to get the Global Lock removed with an ill-advised forward split of 1 to 1.08 which landed it in the grey market.

ENTS did an apparent reverse merger with Medical Capital Management, LLC which resulted in a new management team, but now that the stock has a DTC Global Lock (chill) in addition to being exited from the CNS by the NSCC, very few people can trade it.

You might want to contact the new officers, Roger Findlay and Jody Samuels at 973-285-9100. They may have been responsible for the recent DTC Global Lock by improperly issuing unregistered stock.

If your broker uses the DTC or NSCC for settlement and/or clearing services, the answer is most likely yes.

Existing ENTS shareholders should call their brokers ASAP to see if you can still sell your shares. Any price you can get is better than nothing (unless it's less than the commission).

If it's still possible to sell, be sure to ask if there are any additional fees for selling ENTS.

B/D clients of DTCC receive them and then have to issue the trading halt on their systems. It sounds like you got your trade in before they updated their system with the halt on all trading of ENTS.

Quite possibly, in the prior one I had noticed that the DTC notice stated 'at the close of business' on that particular day, but then again that was also a T for T notice before the suspension kicked in later.

Your trade may end up as a FTD, but that will be eTrade's problem. Last August, the DTCC freed trading for a couple of days so that B/D's could clean up aged fails from a list of stocks that had global locks:

Again, quite likely I also recall the situation last August. As I mentioned, the last one still cleared and I expect this one will as well. Both of them were fairly low dollar amounts $150 and $100 respectively although ENTS is actually about a $2K loss with the R\S ... Have about had it with these scam stocks and I am glad to see the actions that are taking place, maybe there might be enough change down here to make a difference, give real start up companies a fighting chance.

Remaining ENTS shareholders whose brokers clear through the DTC are now stuckholders who can't even transfer their stock to another broker. Non DTC-cleared brokers are increasingly restricting or adding exhorbitant fees to trade these DTC-locked stocks.

Yep, a lot of confusion out there on this still, for instance with Etrade as a self-clearing entity it appears the trouble is on the settlement side if I am understanding it correctly. Nevertheless the only resort may be to write these off ultimately as worthless securities.

This is the second 'security' of late that I have had a DTC lock placed on and in both cases I sold them as soon as I became aware. I received a similar alert on the first one later in the day and my earlier sale still went through. E*trade told me that I received the alert due to the stock being in my account recently, I am assuming just an automated response.

All that just to say that in the past E*trade seemingly ignored these DTC issues (a least from what I have gathered) but of late are now stepping up their suspensions as well.
