Did Enable Holdings forget they have a stock? They probably should throw out a press release or something. I take it that they still operate Redtag and ubid. As a common sense: it is a very good news for a shell stock to file the Form 15-12G! ENAB is a clean reverse-merger shell now with two live updated websites! This type of clean shell could worth $1M ~ $5M MV v.s. ENAB is only trading at the joke low $34K MV now...

Last year ENAB did explode twice to $0.1 and $0.039 respectively with the same fixed small SS (11M/19M shares float/OS), especially only 1,542,944 shares (at the price range 0.013 ~ 0.038) of maximal volume day in history!
