Did you notice the float available for trading is just around 1.2M shares (considering 20% flipping volume based on the maximal volume 1.5M shares) below 0.04 despite the float is 16M shares? Because the majority of floating shares holders were stuck above 0.05! In another word if a group of investors just buy the stock and don't sell any share then 1.2M shares volume can push the price to 0.04 at least within ten minutes...

The spread between the bid and ask seems wide now. So that 140,000 shares of 0.0033 seller has to lower the ask to 0.002x or the buyer has to raise the bid to 0.002x in order to trade up!
