EMMBF: effective March 19,2019 each Emblem shareholder will be entitled to receive 0.8377 of a common share of Aleafia for each common share of Emblem held.

FINRA will delete the EMMBF symbol.

I'm not at all familiar with the Canadian stock Exchange, Is the ESX their Main exchange? the News of ALEF up-listing from what seems to be there OTC board which we are currently on, that has to be Huge and give the company a bit more Clout!
If the Nasdaq is the next Move I see this as a Very Good Thing. As Long as it is done Organically, and NOT SOME REVERSE SPLIT... Good Day...

Down to 12% this morning. It's uncanny how the percent gain keeps dropping the closer we get to the conversion.

With Friday's closing prices we are going to see over an 18% increase in value after the conversion. At one point we were seeing a 30% increase. Looks like the closer we get to the conversion the lower our percent of increase seems to get. Voted yes today, the upside is undeniable.

I agree with some of your concerns, the Reverse split is something I've continued to ask for clarification, Aleaf is who passed that, I'm thinking they would have to run that through once we become ONE. I'm not totally sure on that we only become 42% of the company. I still believe they have to report there Q-4 Individually? that could give the company a Lift for the Merger.
IMHO we are sitting on a Very strong Company once the Merger Happens, we move to the Top-10 Companies in Canada, we Move to one of the Top 6 in Growers/ Quantity, and we will add Two more Countries to our distribution. Good Day...

Here is another senerio I buy a 1000 shares it converts and drops to this price and sells quick you miss the boat.
1000x1.23= 1230 convert 837 shares price drops to 1.50 = $1256 drops to 1.30= &1088 and so on. Im willing to bet it drops under 1.50 for close of the deal. Then reverse split to up list. So Chew on that. And watch what happens to the price. To be honest I bought a couple thousand shares at 1.80 and brought it down to 1.54 and decided not another penny. So I won't even bother. This company has become a shorts dream. So every time its shorted its a larger chance I won't see my initial investment. Good day

Oh and remeber your losing almost 26% of your shares to gain only if the stock stays at these levels. It wasn't to long ago Aleafia was below our price now. Then you would stand to lose over 46% of your cash. Something like that. So be aware. Im just saying. This has been swing town and we are in Canada with little US play. You know the more Ive tried to feel good the more I can't help feeling played. Just a regular guys opinion. As far as being smart never claimed that. Just optimistically cautious.

Don't get me wrong. Ive been here for almost 2 years and have been nothing but disappointed and lied to. I like what I see at the moment but do you really think the price is going to stay at these levels for the close of the deal? I know bite your tongue. Consolidation is key. As long as Aleafia follows through with their promises we will be fine. Im just voice my opinion. If all you short players were true to the stock it would only have risen so anything anyone says here is like listening to a thief telling you what you want to here. Motley is a flip flopper. Why would he put out a negative artical implying that they will r/s then tell everyone its the greatest thing since sliced bread. Manipulator with his hands out to cash in on weak hands. Not sure if this is something to be upset about, I'm looking at jumping in on these dips? Emblem dropped .14 to close at $1.23. aleaf closed at $1.905.

If i buy 1000 shares of emblem at $1.23 today when the switch/Buy-out happens, i will receive 837 shares of Aleaf at $1.90, I'm using todays Numbers.

1000 shares of Emblem cost me 1,230.00
837 shares of Aleaf will be worth $1.90 = $1,590.00 that gives me $360.00 Profit.
I DON'T THINK i'm missing anything?

I believe 2-Years down the road these Numbers will be a faded Memory. Good Day...
