Their outstanding shares were updated last on 10/3. As of right now, we don’t really what the OS is and whether or not they are selling shares. They can ask the TA to update the OS. This will tell us whether or not they are diluting to raise money.

Yeah they've got a nice niche play. It be great to see additional licences that'll build on their paradigm. The take over will most likely have additional upside on the agreement. The international revenue stream and access is a major incentive. Probably more so than domestic. International casino's are probably the best suited to profit from the buyout. The range I gave seems to be in line with previous acquisition ranges. An SG filing would be a real tell. Waiting..

Longer term, the only way to really use ELYS to its potential is for a bigger company to buy it. To me, the only question is when and what will Mike think is a fair return on his investment. Your range sounds realistic to me.
