Bausch Lomb should be just about done with their previously announced realignment. Bausch + Lomb will be pure play eye-health company. They remain working with InWith Corp, formerly EPGL, as InWith continues work on its smart contact lens technology.
Been coming forever... it just never comes!
Still showing off their one lens with the functionless wire grid on it!
Good little blip on InWith from the other month. Good things are coming.
A Voice of America produced LogOn short, on augmented reality contact lenses, featuring Mojo Vision & InWith Corp.

They had the loophole to convert past debt and sold countless shares. What is wild is that it was in the filings from the beginning. Not sure how PWC signed off on it but it was a loophole for Hayes to sell shares all those years into the hype. The con artist even planted traitors in the long shareholders camp to promote it. Sick junk. I was a shareholder and a believer for a short time. I just started asking questions in regards to the company pumping so much. They went private to avoid disclosing how many shares were sold on debt conversion and make it all go away. And really for all practical matters - They got away with it.
Patent for 'Method and apparatus for an imaging lens' now officially patented.
Patent # 11,061,232
Abstract
A method and apparatus projecting an image or series of images onto the retina. Furthermore, the method and apparatus are neither cumbersome nor obstructive to the user. This is accomplished by embedding an imaging lens on the perimeter of the contact lens adapted to project an image inward toward the center of the contact lens, wherein the projected light will then be redirected onto the retina.

Given the achievements that have been made with regards to the IP, and the CES showing last January, there is always a chance holders of the private stock can be pleasantly surprised.
I don't need luck... or a miracle... I don't own shares of this dark scam!
Explain why someone who does... has ANY reason for optimism?
Bunnyman stole trusting investor's money... PERIOD!
Time will tell. Good luck.
And TOTALLY worthless!
Toilet paper!
They are with Broadridge.
Correct!
It wasn't like there weren't ENDLESS warnings...
And all our shares are gone and never to be seen again.
One of InWith Corp's, aka EPGL, core patents is the Elastic Circuit. Just 1 of 6 core patents approved by the USPTO with more on the way.
"The present invention is an elastic electronic circuit adapted to provide three-dimensional elasticity. This is accomplished through a first pattern, a second pattern embedded within the first pattern, and a third pattern. The three-dimension elastic electronic circuit is adapted to conform to a flexible substrate, such as flexible plastic substrates and the like. The resulting three-dimensional elasticity enables the use of electronic circuits on such flexible substrates."
EPGL has gone private and is now InWith Corp. InWith Corp
How Big is The Global Smart Contact Lens Market?
The Smart Contact Lens Market is expected to exceed more than USD 7.7 billion in 2025 from USD 4.5 billion in 2016 with a CAGR of approximately 10% during the forecast period 2019-2025.
The major driving factors of Smart Contact Lens Market are as follows:
Increasing prevalence of glaucoma
Increasing cases of diabetes related complications such as eye disorders, cataract and blindness
Expanding aging demographics with presbyopia (long-sightedness)
Rising demand for user-friendly and self-monitoring devices
The Smart Contact Lens Market is segmented on the lines of its application, end-user and regional. Based on application it covers Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Intraocular Pressure Monitoring. Based on end-user it covers Home care Settings and Clinics. CES 2021: Prepare for electronic contact lenses
New technology launched this week enables computer circuitry to be embedded into name-brand soft contact lenses.
"nWith Corporation this week premiered a platform for computerised applications in soft contact lenses, allowing for smart contact lens technology. The InWith platform being premiered at CES 2021 is a configuration to enable developers to place augmented vision display chip applications into any soft hydrogel contact lenses of the kind that millions of people wear daily. InWith claims to be “the only company to publicly display this capability to integrate display circuitry into modern, soft contact lens materials”. Other companies, it says, are attempting to achieve this in harder and less comfortable “scleral lenses”.
The announcements by InWith follow the company’s 2020 display of stretchable electronic circuitry in name brand Bausch & Lomb contact lenses."
I see they are still touting the same BS as the world yawns...
Good read. The Future of Vision: Augmented reality contact lenses will make you bionic
InWith Corp. (Formerly EPGL) is about to change that. At CES 2021, the company unveiled a method to place augmented vision display chips into the soft hydrogel contact lenses that millions of people wear daily. Smart contact lenses! In early 2020, the company announced a partnership with Bausch + Lomb, showing flexible electronic circuitry embedded directly into lenses..................

Not as EPGL Global Communication.
Does anything still exist of this company?
Think shareholders will ever hear from Bunnyman again?
How would anyone?

The true test for their smart lenses will be if the market wants soft silicon hydrogels or glass.plastic.

New patent approval for Imaging Lens. Lets see how that turns out. That makes 6
Wonder if this ticker will become something else or if InWith will take it back over.
I still predict it is another ten years before technology advances enough to facilitate integrating any reasonable amount of functionality into a contact lens.

What has it been 3 years now since the Bunnyman took all investors' money and exited stage left?
Anyone hear ANYTHING?
100% of the investment is GONE!
Can't say that I didn't REPEATEDLY say to sell while one still can...
Well, CES 2021 was a digital show this year, so that doesn't really require that much of a commitment.
Plus, a search of the CES 2021 site for "InWith" or "EPGL" or "EP Global Communications" yields "0" results.
I wouldn't put much faith in that bit of crap from InWith.
Any news of people who are in the pre IPO discussion group on facebook ?
I still believe in inwith. Also, they are planning to do a exhibition on CES 2021. That’s not something one does when the intention is to fool shareholders
Thanks - Got your message. I do not have messenger. But happy to hear the news.
Happy Holidays to you!!!!
